| Objective: To evaluate the influence of the position of the center hole of ICL V4 c on postoperative visual quality and life, explore the possible causes of postoperative halo and its influencing factors. Methods: The effect of the central hole position on postoperative parameters was analyzed by corneal vertex and pupil center respectively, and the quality of life evaluation before and after surgery at 3 months was evaluated by refractive corrector quality questionnaire. Results: A total of 31 cases(62 eyes)were included in ICL V4 c implants,of which 8 were male(16 eyes)and 23 were female(46eyes).The average age was 28.26±6.79 years, preoperative spherical equivalent refraction was-8.09±2.10 D,cylindrical equivalent refraction was-0.87±1.15 D,and uncorrected visual acuity was 1.13±0.16,postoperative uncorrected visual acuity at 2days,1week,1month is 0.00±0.08,0.02±0.07,0.00±0.09,respectively,compared with the preoperative significant difference(P=0.000).Preoperative intraocular pressure was15.19±2.46 mm Hg,postoperative intraocular pressure at 2 days,1week,1month is16.50±2.06,15.17±2.04,14.92±2.12 mm Hg,compared with preoperative, there was a significant difference between postoperative 2 days and postoperative 1 week and postoperative 1m(P=016,0.013),with no significant difference. The preoperative average QIRC scale score was 38.50±6.28,and the postoperative 3 months average QIRC scale score was 42.92±5.64,which was significantly different from the preoperative score(P=0.001).During follow-up,96.77 % of the patients complained of a halo in front of their eyes after surgery, and 32.265% of the patients complained of other optical disturbances such as ring-shaped dysphotopsia and star exposure.Of these,16.13% of the patients complained during follow-up that the ring-shaped dysphotopsia affected visual quality. The coordinate origin is based on the center of the pupil or the vertea of the cornea respectively, and the position difference of the center of the center of the center is not statistically significant. The position of the center hole after surgery was independent of the postoperative vision, eye pressure, and average QIRC scale score at postoperative 3 months. Conclusion: ICL V4 c implantation is a safe and effective way to correct myopia. The vision and intraocular pressure of patients after surgery can be stabilized at an early stage. The postoperative quality of life was significantly higher than that before the operation, but the appearance of aura after the operation was more common. The position of the center hole of ICL V4 c in the eye has no significant correlation with the overall quality of life after the operation. |
