| Objective: To explore clinical risk factors for venous thromboembolism(VTE)in postoperative thoracic malignant tumor patients in Xinjiang in order to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of postoperative VTE,and to evaluate the preventive effect of standardized preventive measures on those patients. Methods: The medical history data of malignant tumor patients who received surgical treatment in the thoracic surgery department of our hospital from August 2018 to June 2020 were collected, and the patients were divided into VTE group and non-VTE group according to whether they had venous thrombosis after surgery. The clinical data characteristics of the two groups were compared to evaluate the recommended prophylaxis and treatment and analyze the risk factors for the formation of VTE.Results: Among 596 patients included, results suggest VTE events 42(7.05%).According to the latest consensus guidance of Chinese experts, the number of standardized prevention cases was 445,and the standard prevention rate reached 74.66%.The incidence of VTE in patients with different malignant tumors after thoracic surgery from high to low was esophageal cancer, lung cancer, and Malignant tumor of mediastinum. There was no statistical difference in the incidence of VTE among different ethnic groups.Among the indicators with statistical differences, the age, hospital stay, operative length, intraoperative blood loss and three VTE scores of the VTE group were higher than those of the non-VTE group, while the hemoglobin index was lower than that of the non-thrombosis group.Using logistics regression analysis, postoperative complications and high postoperative VTE score were independent risk factors, while prevention was independent protective factor. Conclusion: 1.At present, the prevention and treatment of VTE in our hospital is effective, and the incidence of VTE after intervention is 7.05%.Preventive intervention is an independent protective factor of VTE.2.Postoperative complications and high postoperative VTE score are independent risk factors, and preventive intervention should be strengthened for such patients. |
