Objective: For MRI and arthroscopy and other related hormone application and research. Methods: A retrospective study of 42 patients admitted to People’s Hospital of Xin Jiang Uygur Autonomous Region after arthroscopy was conducted. Results: The sensitivity index, specificity index and accuracy index reached 86.3%,58.3% and 78.5%at one time. The positive predictive data reached 83.8%,while the negative predictive data was 63.6%,including 13.7% of missed diagnosis and 41.7%.The natural ratio of positive and negative was 2.06 and 0.23,0.44.Kappa=0.462 was obtained, indicating that the diagnostic results of MRI and arthroscopy were of moderate consistency. The results of MRI and shoulder arthroscopy were consistent in 26 cases.Statistical analysis of partial supraspinatus muscle tear and full-thickness tear showed that the sensitivity of MRI to partial tear was 94.4%,Comprehensive tear sensitivity data show up to 100% MRI was consistent in the diagnosis of partial and full-thickness supraspinatus tendon tears,Kappa=0.913.Conclusion in the diagnosis of rotator cuff supraspinatus tendon injury, the MRI method can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.MRI has high diagnostic value for partial and full-thickness supraspinatus tendon tear.
