Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Supraspinatus Tendon Injury With Huoxue Zhitong Decoction Combined With Dieda Xiaoyan Powder Packag

Objective: By observing the efficacy of Huoxue Zhitong Tang combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging in treating supraspinatus tendon injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,the effectiveness of Huoxue Zhitong Tang in treating patients with supraspinatus tendon injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is explored,providing a new treatment approach for clinical treatment of supraspinatus tendon injury patients.Methods: 52 patients with supraspinatus tendon injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were treated with Huoxue Zhitong Tang combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging and simple traditional Chinese medicine packaging,with a course of 14 days.The clinical comprehensive efficacy of Huoxue Zhitong Tang combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging in treating supraspinatus tendon injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was statistically analyzed,and the thickness of bilateral supraspinatus tendon measured by shoulder joint muscle bone ultrasound before and after treatment and Constant-Murley score were compared.SPSS 26.0 was used to statistically analyze the data and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups based on the results.Results: This study included a total of 52 patients with supraspinatus tendon injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.No detachment was observed during the observation process,and all patients completed clinical observation.1.After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%;The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The clinical efficacy of the combination of Huoxue Zhitong Tang and traditional Chinese medicine packaging group is better than that of the simple traditional Chinese medicine packaging group.2.Comparison of shoulder joint Constant-Murley scores before and after treatment between the two groups: The difference in shoulder joint Constant-Murley scores between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both methods can effectively improve the patient’s shoulder joint Constant-Murley score.The comparison between the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.01)through statistical analysis,indicating that the combination of Huoxue Zhitong Tang and traditional Chinese medicine packaging can better improve the patient’s shoulder joint Constant-Murley score compared to the control group.3.After 14 days of treatment,there was a significant difference in the thickness of the affected supraspinatus tendon between the two groups compared to before treatment(P<0.01);After 14 days of treatment,the thickness of the affected side tendon was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the thickness of the affected side supraspinatus tendon was compared with the healthy side tendon within the group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).This indicates that both the observation group and the control group have therapeutic effects on the recovery of the supraspinatus tendon,but the recovery of the affected side supraspinatus tendon in the observation group is closer to the healthy side,making it more effective for the recovery of supraspinatus tendon injuries.Conclusion: The use of Huoxue Zhitong Tang combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging to treat Qi stagnation and blood stasis type supraspinatus tendon injury can effectively improve shoulder joint function,alleviate pain,and promote the recovery of supraspinatus tendon in patients.
