| Objective:CBCT was used to measure the thickness of gingival soft tissue in the upper lip of Uygur and Han people between 18 and 30 years old in Xinjiang, and to explore the types of gingival biological types among different nationalities and genders and the related factors affecting the gingival biotypes between Uygur and Han people.Methods:152 healthy subjects of gingival tissue were selected by medical history collection and clinical examination,76 subjects of Uygur and Han nationality were selected, and CBCT images were obtained by direct imaging. The three sites needed to be included in the study were enamel cementum jouncation, enamel cementum boundary root prescription 4 The labial gingival thickness at the mm 、 6mm was measured,Finally, statistical analysis software is used to obtain the relevant data of gingival biotype of Uygur and Han nationality. Results:The average gingival thickness of maxillary incisor in Uygur population is(1.57±0.10)mm,the average gingival thickness of maxillary incisor is(1.40±0.13)mm,the average gingival thickness of maxillary incisor is(1.28±0.11)and The average gingival thickness of maxillary central incisor was(1.29±0.23)mm,maxillary lateral incisor was(1.06±0.18)mm,maxillary apical gingival thickness was(1.09±0.17)and Gingival thickness of Uygur maxillary anterior teeth was larger than that of Han maxillary anterior teeth(P<0.05).Among Uygur people, the gingival thickness of male maxillary central incisor was larger than that of female(P<0.05).Conclusion:The gingival thickness of 18-30-year-old Uyghur and Han nationality was significantly different in the maxillary anterior teeth in Xinjiang In the Uygur population, the gingival thickness of men in the maxillary central incisor area was larger than that of women, and there was no significant gender difference in the gingival thickness of maxillary lateral incisor and maxillary canine. |
