| ObjectiveThis study aims to understand the occurrence of psychological crises among first-line nurses assisting Hubei,and to explore the impact of psychological intervention of the Battle Buddy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(MBCT)on nurses’ psychological crises,negative emotions,and psychological resilience.The psychological crisis prevention and guidance of rescue nurses provide reference basis.MethodsFrom February 2020 to April 2020,a total of 60 nurses were selected from three hospitals assisting Wuhan in Jinzhou City,Liaoning Province,and a total of 60 people were enrolled,and they were subjected to psychological intervention in the eight weeks of Battle Buddy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.According to the research method of the before and after control trials,use the Impact of Event Scale Revised,the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale,the Short-Form Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale at the beginning of the psychological intervention program,the fourth weekend of the intervention,the eighth weekend of the intervention,and three months after the end of the intervention.These scales were used to evaluate the post-traumatic stress response symptoms,negative emotions,mindfulness levels and psychological flexibility of nurses assisting Hubei,and to evaluate the intervention effects at different time points.Using SPSS 25.0 software to process the data.Descriptive analysis is used for general data;the difference in the score changes of each scale at different time points is analyzed by repeated measures of variance;the correlation between the scales is analyzed by Pearson;the effect of psychological intervention is verified by the calculation method of reduction rate.Results1.The IES-R scores and DASS-21 scores of the fourth week,eighth week and three months after the Battle Buddy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy decreased compared with the baseline,and the difference was significant(all P<0.05);SF-FFMQ score The score of CD-RISC increased compared with the baseline,and the difference was significant(all P<0.05).2.SF-FFMQ is negatively correlated with IES-R and DASS-21(r=-0.774,P<0.01;r=-0.579,P<0.01),and positively correlated with CD-RISC(r=0.867,P<0.01).3.After the Battle Buddy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy,the changes in the deduction rate of the IES-R score,the depression dimension,anxiety dimension and stress dimension in DASS-21 of the nurses in Hubei were 56.45%,38.79%,29.70%,and 26.32%,respectively.Conclusions1.After the Battle Buddy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy,the symptoms of traumatic stress disorder disappeared;the symptoms of depression,anxiety,and stress were alleviated;the level of mindfulness increased;and the level of psychological flexibility increased.2.In the post-epidemic stage,the traumatic stress disorder symptoms,negative emotions,mindfulness level,and psychological flexibility of the nurses in Hubei are all related,and they influence and interact with each other.3.The Battle Buddy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of traumatic stress disorder of the nurses assisting Hubei,and effectively reduce depression,anxiety and stress. |
