Randomized Controlled Trial Of Zishen Tiangui Ointment In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishen Tiangui ointment in the treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with kidney deficiency;to evaluate the mental health status of patients with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency.Methods: Select 74 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency who meet the criteria of intake and discharge,and measure their depression and anxiety self-rating scales,evaluate their mental health,and compare and analyze them with the national norm;Using the random number table method,these 74 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency were divided into 36 cases in the experimental group and 38 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Femoston,and the experimental group was combined with Zishen Tiangui ointment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 courses.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared,and the score of menstruation,syndrome score of kidney deficiency,depression and anxiety score,the difference of relevant laboratory examination indexes and the safety of clinical medication were observed.Results: 1.Of the 74 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency,53 patients had depression,accounting for 47.3%.There were 17 cases with anxiety,accounting for 25.7%;depression score(50.51±10.12)and anxiety score(43.23±8.09),compared with the domestic norm,anxiety and depression status were significantly higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comprehensive curative effect: Among them,3 cases dropped out due to loss to followup,and 2 cases in the control group dropped out due to loss to follow-up,69 people were eventually recruited.The curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,the effective rate of the experimental group is 90.91%,and the effective rate of the control group is 72.22%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Menstrual score: Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume,and color quality were changed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of menstrual period difference,color quality difference and total score difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the menstrual cycle difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual scores of the two groups were reduced,and the experimental group was better than the control group in improving menstrual period and color quality.4.TCM Syndrome Score: Comparing the scores of kidney deficiency symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups,except for frequent nocturia in the two groups and loose stools in the control group,there are statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.The difference was statistically significant except for vaginal dryness,frequent nocturia,dry stool,and loose stool(P<0.05).The difference between before and after treatment were compared,in addition to vaginal dryness,nocturia,dry stool,loose stool was not statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Sex hormone levels(FSH、LH、E2、 AMH): The hormone levels of the two groups before and after treatment are statistically significant except for LH and AMH in the control group(P<0.05);The difference in FSH 、 LH and E2 between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in AMH was P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.After treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving FSH 、 LH and E2 levels,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving AMH levels.6.Depression and anxiety score: The scores of depression and anxiety decreased in both groups after treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Between the two groups,the difference of depression and anxiety scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with premature ovarian insufficiency are more likely to have a certain degree of mental health problems than normal women.This should be paid attention to in clinical practice,as soon as possible to dredge intervention.Zishen Tiancui ointment combined with Femoston in the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency type is reliable and safe.It is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients and improving the level of serum FSH、LH、E2.The effect is better than that of using Femoston alone.And it can improve the state of depression and anxiety of POI patients to some extent,It is worth popularizing and applying.
