Study On Professor Hu Yongsheng’s Medication Rule In Treating Chronic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through this study collected Hu Yongsheng professor cases in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients data,through the study of the frequency of the prescription drug analysis,clustering analysis and association rules,statistics processing research,explore summarizes professor Hu Yongsheng core therapeutic agents in the treatment of chronic gastritis,medicine,clustering party group,etc.,summarize Hu Yongsheng professor for the treatment of chronic gastritis unique academic thoughts and herbal medicine and treating experience.Giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in chronic refractory diseases is of great significance to inherit and carry forward Professor Hu Yongsheng’s academic experience in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods: Collected from 2012 to 2017,Changchun University of Traditionnal Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital professor Hu Yongsheng clinic patients with chronic gastritis first diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,acquisition of the patient’s general condition and symptoms,medical history,physical and chemical inspection,diagnosis,treatment and the information such as the formulas,and the data in and out,the screening of a total of 299 cases,and then enter the Excel table,after data preprocessing and transformation,application of statistical software SPSS 21.0,the frequency of data,clustering and association rules analysis,draw the conclusion.Results:1.General information: A total of 299 patients were included in this study,of which 139 were male(46.5%);There were 160 females(53.5%),with a male to female ratio of 1:1.15.The age distribution of the patients ranged from 11 to 88 years old,with an average age of44.78 years old and a standard deviation of 13.10.Among them,7 patients were 71 years old or above(the least),and the largest number of patients ranged from 41 years old to 50 years old.2.Frequency analysis: A total of 299 diagnoses and 299 prescriptions were included in this study,170 different TCM flavors were used in total,and the total frequency of use was3,435 times.The drug with the highest frequency of use was Amodenum sargum,which was used 204 times,with a frequency of 5.94%.The first 29 drugs were used more than 1% of the time,and the cumulative frequency was 66.72%.The use frequency of the other 149 drugs was all lower than 1%,and the cumulative use frequency was 33.28%.29 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 1%(more than 37 times)were used as high-frequency words,and standardized classification and frequency analysis were carried out.According to the textbook of Chinese materia medica in the new century(Second Edition),according to the frequency of use,it can be divided into Qi tonifying drugs(22.64%),Qi Activating Drugs(20.64%),dampness resolving drugs(13.53%),Xiaoshi drugs(9.82%),heat clearing and detoxifying drugs(6.94%),blood tonifying drugs(5.93%),Yang tonifying drugs(4.89%),heat clearing and phlegm resolving drugs(3.71%),diuretic and dampness infiltrating drugs(3.14%),tranquilizing drugs(1.96%),and Yin tonifying drugs 8.3%),blood activating painkillers(1.75%),dispersive wind cold drugs(1.61%),wind-dampening medicines(1.61%).A total of 14 classes.3.Cluster analysis: SPSS 21.0 was used to carry out systematic cluster analysis on 29 traditional Chinese medicines with the use frequency of more than 1% as high-frequency drugs.The study was in line with the use rule of high-frequency drugs in the treatment of chronic gastritis by Professor Hu Yongsheng,and 6 cluster combinations were obtained.The second category: Poria cocos,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Radix Codonopsis;The third category: coke malt,coke hawthorn,coke divine comedy,forsythia;Fourth category: cardamom,astragalus,Buddha’s hand;The fifth category:Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Rhizoma sinensis,Ductus sichuandii,Niejiaoteng,Hot Dog Ridge;The sixth category: licorice,Epimedium,Chinese yam,soil tuckahoe,wolfberry,fritillaria thunbergii,Aurantii,dendrobium,bamboo shavings,paraffin.4.Association rule analysis: Association rule analysis was carried out for 29high-frequency drugs.The association rule algorithm was used to set the parameter as the maximum number of preceding items as 2,the minimum support as 20%,and the minimum confidence as 80%.A total of more than 1000 rules could be extracted.From the analysis results,we can get the Qi regulating drugs(Magnolia officinalis → Tangerine Peel,Pinellia pinellia → Fructus Citrus → Tangerine Peel,Fructus Fructus → Corydalis corydalis →Melia chinensis seed);Qi tonic medicine pair(Dangshen →Astragalus);Spleen-strengthening and humidifying drugs(Poria Cocos → Atractylodes Atractylodes,Patchouli → Peilan,Amomum Amomum → Cardamom);Anxiation of product medicine(coke malt,coke hawthorn,coke Divine Comic);Antidote to heat(forsythia →honeysuckle → soil poria cocos);Yang tonic medicine(Dendrobium → Chinese yam →Cornus officinalis,hot dog ridge → Epimedium → Dipterus sichuanensis → Lycium berry);Blood tonifying and tranquilizing drug(night Jiaoteng → black Chinese medicine →Albizia bark);Clearing heat and reducing phlegm(fritillaria thunbergensis → bamboo shavings);Hydrating wet medicine(Pueraria sinensis → Hovenia dulcis);Medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(Angelica sinensis → Ligusticum chuanxiong).Cervum,Thunberg Fritillaria,Fructus Aurantii,Dendrobium,Bamboo Ru,Parsnip.Conclusion: Professor Hu Yongsheng treated chronic gastritis based on the basic pathogenesis of Qi unregulation,spleen deficiency and dampness,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and the basic treatment for chronic gastritis: regulating Qi → invigorating spleen →dispelling dampness → dispelling accumulation,emphasizing the replenishment of vital qi,clearing heat and detoxification,and invigorating blood circulation.From the "principle,method,prescription and medicine",it reflects professor hu yongsheng’s treatment thought of differentiation of syndrome,method based on evidence,cause and method cube,simplification of medication and complement each other.Give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in chronic refractory diseases and provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
