| Objective: Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,"323 pad method" was used to promote the healing of wound cavity after anal carbuncle operation.The traditional pad method group and simple incision drainage group were used as the control group.The clinical efficacy of "323 pad method" in promoting the healing of wound cavity after anal carbuncle operation was observed.Through clinical research,the "323pad method" was determined to promote the healing of wound cavity after anal carbuncle operation,which was evaluated scientifically and objectively Its efficacy and safety.Its nature is clinical research.Methods: 108 patients with perianal abscess(fire toxin accumulation type)were randomly divided into control group(n = 36),blank group(n = 36)and experimental group(n = 36).The control group was treated with traditional cotton pad,the experimental group was treated with "323 cotton pad",the blank group was treated with incision drainage,the control group and the experimental group were treated with cotton pad on the 12 th day after operation,once a day.On the 11 th,12th and 32 nd day after operation,the wound healing of the three groups was observed,and the scores were recorded and registered.Finally,the statistical data were analyzed.Results: After the experimental study,the results are as follows: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the blank group and the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group can obviously accelerate the healing of wound cavity after anal carbuncle surgery.Conclusion: "323 pad cotton method" has a good therapeutic effect on the healing of wound cavity after anal carbuncle operation.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective,and the curative effect is exact.There is no obvious allergy and other adverse reactions during the experiment. |
