Objective:Apply the music therapy and auricular acupoint to the postoperative pain patients with perianal abscess to observe the effect of relieveing.in order to to provide an effective, simple and new analgesic nursing method with little side effects for relieving postoperative pain of anorectal diseases. Methods:In this study,120 Patients with low perianal abscess by surgical treatment was selected,in 3A houspital from June 2020 to January 2021 to research subjects.it were randomly devided into 3 groups,A group(music group)with 40,B group(auricular acupoint)with 40,C group(combined group)40.A group :conventional nursing + music therapy;B group on the basis of routine nursing, auricular acupoint compression was adopted;C group music therapy and auricular acupoint sticking combined nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing;by thoses way,we can observe the pain score of 5 days after surgery, the pain score of the first postoperative defecation and the duration of pain, the existence of anal edema and urinary retention, and the satisfaction of pain control were observed, and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Comparison of baseline data: there were no significant differences in general data, pain degree(before intervention),pain score(before intervention)and the number of patients using analgesia pump for 24 hours among the three groups(P>0.05).(2)Main Outcome Measures: There were statistically significant differences in NRS,NRS-4 scores at 5 days after surgery,NRS pain score at the first Postoperative defecation, and pain duration at the first postoperative defecation among the three groups(P<0.05).(3)Secondary outcome measures: Within 5 days after surgery, the injection times of painkillers and urinary retention were statistically different among the three groups(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in postoperative anal edema among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Music therapy, auricular acupoint sticking and their combination can effectively treat postoperative pain of perianal abscess, and the pain relief effect of the music and auricular acupoint combination group is better than that of the music and auricular acupoint group alone.(2)Compared with music and auricular acupoint therapy alone, the combined group could better relieve the pain after the first postoperative defecation and shorten the pain duration after defecation.(3)auricular acupoint therapy combined with music therapy reduced postoperative urinary retention more than the music and auricular acupoint group alone. However, the auricular acupoint sticking group, music therapy group and combined group could not reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention.(4)The combination group was better than the use of music and auricular acupoint compression alone to improve the patient satisfaction with pain control.
