Clinical Study Of Shadi Xiaoke Shen’an Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease(Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency And Stasis And Toxin Syndrome)

Objective: To clarify the real effects of "Shadi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction",the prescription designed by Professor Nanzheng himself,in the process of treating diabetic kidney disease(Liver and kidney Yin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome),utilizing the way of clinical observation,to discuss the research in the theory method and application security of the prescription,while providing some new feasible methods in clinically treating the diabetic kidney disease(Liver and kidney Yin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome)with TCM.Methods: Collected 72 confirmed cases diagnosed as diabetic kidney disease(Liver and kidney Yin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome)including out-patients and in-patient from September 2019 to November 2020,and divided them randomly into the treatment group and the control group,thus,36 cases in each group.Gave them the same treatment measures in terms of routine treatment,based on this,the treatment group was given Shadi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction with water and its extract juice,while 1 dose per day,taking dose of 120 ml per time,3 times a day after meals.The control group was given Irbesartan tablets,150 mg per time,once a day.Patients in both of the two groups were given regular diabetes education by the guidance of “One Principle,Eight Methods”,every four weeks calculated as one treating course.When three treating courses were done,the improvement of clinical manifestations and some key related clinical physical and chemical indexes(including GHBA1 C,FBG and 2h postprandial blood glucose and quantification of urine protein)of the patients in both groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:When 3 consucutive treating courses were finished,in our clinical observation,the result numbers of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 85.7%and 64.5% as it came to the overall effective rate,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Other than that,there were statistical significances in the scores of symptoms,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 24-hour urine protein quantification in the two groups.And the treatment group demonstrate better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: As a self-designed prescription,firstly,Shadi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction apparently played a reliable role in the improvement of related clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment of Liver and kidney Yin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome of the diabetic kidney disease.Secondly,it also played a good role in delaying the course of patients with diabetic kidney disease.At the same time,its security degree in application has been verified.On the whole,it embodied the value of practical utilization in the clinical treatment of Liver and kidney Yin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome of diabetic kidney disease.
