Clinical Study Of Shenzhu Xiaoke Shen’An Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy(Qiyin Deficiency And Stasis And Toxin Syndrome)

Objective :By comparing the changes in symptom efficacy,laboratory indicators and safety before and after treatment of patients,professor Nan Zheng explored the clinical efficacy of the use of Shenzhu Xiaoke Shenan Decotion,in the treatment of Diabetic nephropathy(qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome),studied its theory,and provided a new reference for traditional Chinese medicine to treat this disease.Methods: 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected and were divided into control groups and treatment groups according to the principle of randomization,Distributed on a 1:1 ratio,from December 2020 to October 2021,72 patients who were diagnosed with Diabetic nephropathy(qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome)in the studio of Professor Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nan Zheng of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Endocrine and metabolic diseases Treatment area,and 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was basal treatment+ Shenzhu Xiaoke Shenan Decotion,and the control group was basic treatment + irbesartan tablets.For 4 weeks,as a course of treatment,the improvement of TCM symptom change integrals,signs and physical and chemical indicators(urine albumin/urine creatinine,24-hour urine protein quantification,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 hours after meals)and safety indicators of TCM symptom change before and after 12 weeks of treatment were observed and compared.Results: After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was84.85%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.63%.Evaluation of TCM efficacy: The treatment group compared with the control group improved in terms of laboratory indicators and clinical symptoms,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05),especially the improvement effect on the symptoms of thirst,fatigue,lack of breath and laziness was significant compared with the control group.Conclusion: Shenzhu Xiaoke Shenan Decotion has obvious positive effect on the treatment of Diabetic nephropathy(qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome),which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and physical and chemical examination indicators of patients,and has good safety,which can effectively delay the development of the disease.
