Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Traumatic Synovitis Of Knee Joint By Jiaishengtongzhuyu Decoction(qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),so as to facilitate its application in future promotion and clinical practice.Methods: Sixty patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,while the control group was treated with Yu Xuebi capsule.After 3 weeks of treatment,VAS scores,clinical symptoms and signs scores(swelling,range of motion,joint tenderness),and Lysholm total score data were used to compare the efficacy of patients in the two groups,and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results: Medication before the two groups of patients with gender,age,course of diseases,parts and VAS scores,clinical symptoms and signs scores),joint tenderness,swelling,joint mobility,LYSHOLM efficacy total score by the statistical analysis of P values were greater than 0.05,shows various signs of two groups of patients before treatment and no statistically significant difference were observed in the individual factors,comparable.After 3 weeks of treatment,VAS score,clinical symptom and sign score(swelling,range of motion,joint tenderness)were decreased in both groups,and Lysholm efficacy overall score was increased in both groups.There was statistical significance in swelling and range of motion before and after treatment in 2 groups(P < 0.05),while there was no statistical significance in Lysholm total efficacy score,VAS score and joint tenderness(P > 0.05),and there was no statistical significance in total effective rate after treatment in 2 groups(P BBB>05).In terms of safety,there was 1 case of mild vomiting in the treatment group,and 2 cases of mild gastrointestinal discomfort in the control group.There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups after taking medicine(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Through statistical analysis,Jiatong Zhuyu Decoction has obvious curative effect in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Compared with the control group,Jiatong Zhuyu Decoction has obvious advantages in improving knee swelling and range of motion.The curative effect is significant,which is worthy of further promotion and exploration.
