Study On The Formula Syndrome Of Wendan Decoction For Insomnia Based On The Theory Of Correspondence Between Prescription And Syndrom

Object:This study used Wendan Decoction to treat insomnia by statistically analyzing the literature and medical records of Professor Li Mingquan’s outpatient clinics,and explored the prescription rules of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of insomnia,and provided references for the clinical rational use of Wendan Decoction for insomnia.Methods:Through systematic literature review,we summarize the understanding and clinical application of Wendan Decoction by doctors of the past dynasties,summarize the medical records of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of insomnia by the doctors of the past dynasties and Professor Li Mingquan’s outpatient application of Wendan Decoction to treat insomnia,and enter them into Excel tables respectively 2 databases,using frequency statistics,golden section method and systematic cluster analysis for statistical analysis,and draw the prescription law of Wendan Decoction for treating insomnia.Results : A statistical analysis of 227 medical records in the literature found that Wendan Decoction was used more frequently in the spring and autumn for the treatment of insomnia,and compared with male patients,female patients used this prescription more frequently,patients aged 38-47 years old This side is used most frequently.Clinical manifestations include irritability,painful mouth,anorexia,chest tightness,dreaminess,tiredness,dizziness,dizziness,heavy head,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,panic,dry mouth,heart palpitations,headache,red tongue,Yellow and greasy tongue coating,slippery pulse or combined string or number are the main ones.The higher frequency of flavored drugs in this study are Coptis,Sauerkraut,Polygala,Shouwu Vine,Dragon Bone,Albizia Julibrissin,Acorus,Oyster,Gardenia,Turmeric,Mother of Pearl,Ginseng,Scutellaria,Bupleurum,Malt,Atractylodes,Cholesterol,Schisandra,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Amber,Hawthorn,Liushenqu,Lily,Trichosanthis,White Peony,Anemarrhena,Boziren;19 types of flavored drugs appeared in this study,and the more frequently used drugs were tranquilizers,clearing heat drugs,and tonic Medicine,calming liver and extinguishing wind medicine.A statistical analysis of 160 outpatient cases of Professor Li Mingquan was carried out.Based on the literature research,the clinical manifestations of mental restlessness and white tongue coating were supplemented,and the common physical characteristics of the treatment of insomnia were supplemented with this prescription:obesity and well-proportioned body,yellow complexion,The personality is anxious,irritable,timid and easily startled,suspicious and cranky.Supplement the more frequently used flavored drug Guizhi,and supplement the more frequently used flavored drug category antidote.A systematic clustering analysis of the basic flavored medicines in outpatients showed that Professor Li Mingquan often used Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Chaiqin Wendan Decoction to treat insomnia in addition to the original Wendan Decoction.The main pathogenesis of Professor Liming Quan’s clinical use of Wendan Decoction and Modified Decoction to treat insomnia is as follows: gallbladder heat and phlegm disturbance,gallbladder depression and phlegm obstruction,gallbladder and stomach discord,qi deficiency and timidity.Conclusion:1.Features of this studyMain symptoms : Irritability,bitter mouth,anorexia,chest tightness,dreaminess,tiredness,dizziness,heart palpitations,panic,nausea and vomiting,red tongue,yellow greasy tongue coating,slippery pulse or both stringy or fast pulse.Secondary symptoms:Dizziness,heavy abdomen,dry mouth,headache,restlessness,white tongue coating.Physical characteristics: fat or well-proportioned body,yellow complexion,anxious and irritable personality,timid and frightened,or suspicious and cranky.2.Flavored drugs and similar prescriptions commonly used in this studyThe main flavored medicines are Coptis chinensis,wild jujube seed,Polygala,Shouwu vine,keel,Albizia julibrissin,calamus,oyster,and gardenia;the main flavored medicines are tranquilizers,clearing heat medicines,and calming liver and extinguishing wind medicines;commonly used prescriptions It is Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Chaiqin Wendan Decoction.
