Study On Clinical Efficacy Of Sanren Tongbian Granules In Treating Infantile Constipation Of Dryness Heat

Objective:Through clinical observation and research,to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanrentongbian Granules in the treatment of constipation in children with internal syndrome of dryness and heat,and to preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness and safety of its clinical application,so as to lay the foundation for in-depth research and clinical promotion of the prescription.Methods:A total of 72 children with constipation due to internal syndrome of dry heat were collected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(36 cases)to take Sanrentongbian granules orally,and the control group(36 cases)to take lactulose oral solution(Lidong)orally.The treatments consisted of 14 days as a course of treatment.The children’s TCM symptoms were recorded and scored before and after the treatment,and followed up for 1 month after the treatment.According to the corresponding method,the results of the curative effect of each group and between groups were statistically analyzed,and the clinical curative effect of Sanren Tongbian Granules in the treatment of constipation in children with internal syndrome of dryness and heat was objectively evaluated.Result:1.The total effective rate of the observation group is 87.5%,and that of the control group is 76.7%,indicating that the observation group has better efficacy than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Both groups can improve the symptoms of constipation in children after treatment,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The observation group was better than the control group in improving the overall syndromes,main syndromes,and secondary syndromes of the children,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.The observation group was better than the control group in improving the stool characteristics,dysfunction and defecation interval of the children,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The observation group was better than the control group in improving nakedness,bloating,abdominal pain,dry mouth,and bad breath,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group were improving mouth and tongue sores,In terms of urine yellow,the curative effect was equivalent,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.The observation group was better than the control group in defecation onset time after taking the medicine,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.The recurrence rate of the observation group is 6.3%,which is lower than 16.7% of the control group,indicating that the observation group can reduce the recurrence rate compared between the two groups.8.In the treatment of this study,there were no adverse events in the two groups of children.Conclusion:Through clinical observation and research,Sanren Tongbian Granules can improve stool characteristics,difficulty in defecation,hot face,bloating,abdominal pain,dry mouth,bad breath and other symptoms in children with constipation due to internal syndrome of dry heat,shorten the time between defecation and reduce recurrence.Rate,and no adverse events occurred during the treatment,it can be further studied and clinically promoted.
