| Objective To observing the changes of spine-pelvis sagittal parameters before and after degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, the correlation between the parameters and the evaluation indexes of postoperative efficacy was investigated. Methods We collect the Qingdao municipal hospital spine surgery from 2018 to 2020,32 cases of patients with degenerative lumbar olisthe clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, including the patient’s baseline data(age, gender,BMI),preoperative and postoperative spinal and pelvic sagittal parameters including pelvic incidence(PI),sacral slope(SS),pelvic tilt(PT),lumbar lodosis(LL),thoracic kyphosis(TK),sagittal vertical axis(SVA),postoperative evaluation tools including Oswestry disability index questionnaire(ODI)and visual analog pain score(VAS).All the data were divided into the preoperative group and the postoperative group. The paired sample t test was used to analyze the differences between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in PI between preoperative and postoperative values(P > 0.05),while there were statistical differences in other parameters between preoperative and postoperative values(P < 0.05).It was also found that the values of PT,SS,LL,TK and SVA after operation were closer to the normal reference range than before operation. Before operation,PI was strongly positively correlated with PT and SS,weakly negatively correlated with TK,and was less correlated with LL and SVA.Pt is weakly negative correlated with Tk,but has little correlation with LL,SVA and SS.There was a weak positive correlation between SS and LL,but little correlation with TK and SVA.The correlation between LL and TK and SVA is small. There was a weak positive correlation between TK and SVA.There was a strong positive correlation between PI and PT and SS,but little correlation with LL,TK and SVA.After operation,PT was weakly positively correlated with SVA,weakly negatively correlated with LL,and weakly correlated with SS and TK.There was a weak positive correlation between LL and TK after operation, but little correlation between LL and SVA.Postoperative TK has little correlation with SVA.Postoperative ODI index and VAS score were only correlated with PT and SS,but had little correlation with other sagittal parameters measured after surgery. Conclusion The spine-pelvis sagittal parameters of DLS patients treated by MIS-TLIF did change, and there was a certain correlation between the changes of these parameters, especially the strong correlation between PI and PT and SS.The postoperative efficacy evaluation indexes also confirmed that the efficacy of MIS-TLIF for DLS was clear, and there was a certain correlation between the efficacy evaluation indexes and the sagittal parameters. |
