The Clinical Observation Of Self-made Yiqi Zhijing Decoction In The Treatment Of Prolonged Menstruation (Qi Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective: The main purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical effect of self-propagating Yiqi Zhijing decoction on prolonged menstruation(Qi deficiency syndrome).By comparing with Bai Bai capsule,the symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.To explore the effective method of traditional Chinese medicine for prolonging qi deficiency syndrome in menstrual period.Methods: In this study,cases were collected from December 2019 to December 2020 at the gynecology outpatient clinic and the gynecological and obstetric treatment center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Seventy-two cases were to be observed,use the principle of random grouping divided into36 cases each in the treatment group and the control group,but due to objective reasons,four cases fell out,and 68 patients were actually collected clinically.The treatment group was given self-prepared Yiqi Zhijing decoction with addition and reduction,while the control group was given Bai Bai capsule.Patients in both groups started to take the medicine on the 4th day of menstruation and stopped after 10 days of continuous use for a total of 3 courses of treatment.The clinical information of the patients after treatment was collected,and the collected data were integrated for comparative analysis.Results: After statistical analysis of the experimental data,Treatment group(Yiqi Zhijing decoction)a total of 34 cases,There were 11 cases,14 cases,6 cases,3 cases,The total effective rate is 91.18.Control group(Bai Bai capsule)34 cases,There were 6 cases,7cases,16 cases,5 cases,The total effective rate is 85.30.By rank sum test(P<0.05),Combined with total efficiency,The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The results of this trial proved that the treatment of prolonged menstruation(Qi deficiency syndrome)with the addition and subtraction of self-prepared Yiqi Zhijing decoction has obvious efficacy and no adverse effects,with good safety,which can provide a new choice for clinical treatment of this disease and has the value of promotion.
