Research On The Current Situation Of Medical Institutions Of TCM Yinpian Prescription Management

Objective: This paper takes a third-grade hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province as an example to investigate and study the status quo of prescription management of TCM decoction pieces in this medical institution.Through data collation and statistics of TCM decoction pieces in its outpatient department.According to the "prescription management method","C hinese traditional medicine prescription format and writing standards","hospital prescription review management standard(trial)","prescription audit norms of medical institution","C hinese medicine pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of C hina" and other relevant laws and regulations for prescription analysis,find out the factors of Chinese medicine yinpian prescription is not standard phenomenon,To discuss the problems existing in the current management of TCM decoction piece prescription in medical institutions.In combination with the practical situation of jilin province put forward opinions and Suggestions,and promote the medical institutions of Chinese medicine hospital of Chinese medicine yinpian prescription is reasonable,effective and appropriate management mode of construction,to ensure the safety of the people rational drug use,drug use,the price is appropriate,improve the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine,also provide the basis for relevant departments to adjust a nd improve the policies and measures.Methods: This paper adopts literature research method,investigation method and statistical analysis method to deeply analyze the causes of problems existing in the management of TCM decoction pieces in medical institutions,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management rules of TCM decoction pieces in medical institutions.Results: In this paper,a grade 3A hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Jilin Province was taken as an example to conduct an investigation.The hospital has set up a clinical pharmacy department and a review group of TCM decoction pieces,established an internal prescription review system,and carried out the review work of TCM decoction pieces regularly.Through the analysis of the hospital out-patient Chinese medicine yinpian prescription,and found that there are traditional C hinese medicine department,physicians,pharmacists and total dose of drug overdosage,the total amount of each dose in a single prescription is too large,the number of single prescription medicine flavor is too much,single prescription treatment lasts a long time,dispensing,decoction footnote not tagging of special requirements,prescription,preparation and usage pharmacists signature non-standard wait for a phenomenon.This paper summarizes the causes of non-standard prescription and puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions according to the actual situation.Conclusions: It is necessary to strengthen the management of TCM prescription in medical institutions.Health system management,perfecting practical C hinese medicine prescription specification standards and Chinese medicine yinpian prescription management pattern,at the same time to strengthen the general practitioners of traditional C hinese medicine promote business ability,good working attitude,actively pushing forward the construction of the talent cultivation of traditional C hinese medicine to promote clinical rational drug use of traditional C hinese medicine,avoid because prescription medication is not standard,such as nonstandard writing reason influence patients diagnosis and treatment effect,Increase the burden of diagnosis and treatment for patients.
