Objective:This project adopts the traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment combined with abdominal acupuncture to treat Painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis obstruction),To provide a new idea for the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy, and to provide a better theoretical basis and treatment for clinical.Methods:Seventy-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria of painful diabetic neuropathy(Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency and Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of the addition of Fuze Lizhong Decoction and Guizhi Fuling pill combined abdominal acupuncture The control group was given mecobalamin tablets orally 4 weeks as a course of treatment, continuous use of 3 courses. The changes in indicators of TCM syndrome score and total score, tuning fork vibration sense,10 g nylon touch, electric current sensation threshold, glucose metabolism, visual analogue scoring method before and after treatment were observed in 2 groups of patients. The treatment results of 2 groups of patients were compared and analyzed to compare the improvement, and the following conclusions were reached.Results:(1)The treatment group(90.62%)is better than the control group(74.19%)in terms of the total effective rate of TCM syndromes.(2)Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes: the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.01).the single-item scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were generally better than those in the control group(P<0.01).(3)Visual analogue scoring method: evaluate the pain level of patients before and after treatment.In-group comparison: There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group is better(P<0.05).(4)10g nylon wire tactile measurement: comparison within the group: the treatment group and the control group have been significantly improved after treatment, and the difference is significant(P<0.01,P<0.05);comparison between groups: the treatment group is better than the control in improving the patient’s sense of touch Group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tuning fork vibration perception:Compared with before treatment, both groups have improved, with significant statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.05);comparison between groups: treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05),indicating treatment The group has the advantage of improving the patient’s vibration perception.(5)Current perception threshold: the treatment group was better than the contraluminance in improving neurological function(P<0.05).(6)Glucose metabolism: After treatment, the blood glucose of patients in both groups was improved, and the improvement of FPG,2HPG and HBALC in the treatment group was more recommended than that in the control group.(7)Safety analysis:During the treatment, the vital signs of patients in the two groups were stable, and no abnormalities were found in various examinations. Conclusion: The internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis)is better than the western medicine control group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs,no toxic and side effects were observed, the efficacy is definite, worthy of clinical promotion.
