Clinical Observation Of Liqi Daozhi Formula In The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation Of Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Liqi Daozhi prescription in the treatment of slow transit constipation of liver depression and qi stagnation type and the changes of scores of constipation score scale and TCM syndrome score scale before and after treatment,the efficacy and safety of Liqi Daozhi prescription in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type slow transit constipation were analyzed,and a new therapeutic idea and cube basis were provided for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional constipation-liver qi stagnation type slow transit constipation.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected from the outpatient clinic of the Department of spleen and stomach Diseases of Guanghua Hospital,the first affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020.Patients were divided into trial group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36)by random number generator.The experimental group was given Liqi dredging prescription(one dose a day,three times a day,half an hour before meals),and the control group was given Simotang oral liquid(2 bottles per time,three times a day,half an hour before meals).The intervention period was 2 weeks: the total score of TCM syndrome,the changes of TCM symptom score,the score of constipation scale and the time of taking effect were recorded before and 2 weeks after treatment in the experimental group and the control group respectively.The data were compared and analyzed with statistical software IBM SPSS 26.0.the clinical therapeutic effect of Liqi Daozhi recipe in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type of slow transit constipation was evaluated.Research result:1 there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the test group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was comparability between the two groups.2 Analysis and comparison of constipation score table.2.1 Comparison of constipation score between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in constipation score between the two groups before intervention,and the two groups were comparable.2.2 Comparison before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment in the experimental group,P < 0.01,indicating that there was significant difference in the experimental group before and after treatment,while that in the control group before and after treatment,P < 0.05,indicating that there was significant difference in the control group before and after treatment.2.3 After 2 weeks of intervention,the average value of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group(P < 0.01),indicating that the curative effect of Liqi Daozhi recipe was better than that of Simotang oral liquid.3 Analysis and comparison of TCM syndrome score table of constipation.3.1 Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group,which showed that the two groups were comparable.3.2 After 2 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the total score of TCM syndrome scale between the test group and the control group(P <0.001),indicating that the curative effect of Liqi Daozhi recipe in improving the total score of TCM syndrome was better than that of Simotang oral liquid.3.3 Before treatment,the comparison of TCM syndromes between the test group and the control group before treatment,P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance,indicating that the two groups are comparable.3.4 After treatment,the TCM syndromes of the experimental group and the control group were compared after treatment,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of Liqi Daozhi recipe in improving TCM symptoms was better than that of Simotang oral liquid.4 Analysis and comparison of curative effect and clinical effective rate of TCM syndrome.4.1 In the experimental group,3 were cured,18 were markedly effective,7 were effective and 2 were ineffective,with a clinical effective rate of 93.33%.4.2 The control group was cured in 0 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 13 cases and ineffective in 7 cases.The clinical effective rate was 76.67%.4.3 The comparison of the effective rate between the two groups showed that p <0.05,indicating that the clinical effective rate of the test group was better than that of the control group.(5)There were no adverse reactions in both the test group and the control group,indicating that both Liqi Daozhi recipe and Simotang oral liquid were safe.Conclusion:By analyzing and comparing the general data,constipation score scale and TCM syndrome score table of patients with slow transit constipation of liver depression and qi stagnation type included in this study,it shows that Liqi Daozhi recipe can better improve the symptoms of patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type of slow transit constipation without adverse reactions,which reflects that Liqi Daozhi prescription has definite clinical effect in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type slow transit constipation.It can be used as an important reference for the clinical use of functional constipation-slow transit constipation(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome).At the same time,it also provides ideas for the treatment of slow transit constipation from liver syndrome differentiation.
