Purpose : To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with jiawei Sini powder on slow transit constipation(intestinal Qi stagnation syndrome),and the mechanism of acupuncture combined with jiawei Sini powder was discussed from the point of view of Qi mechanism.Enrich the research contents of internal and external treatment of TCM,and provide new ideas for treatment of diseases.Material and method:Sixty-eight patients with slow transit constipation(intestinal Qi stagnation syndrome)from January 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into Study Group(N = 34)and Control Group(N = 34).The study group was given Jiawei Sini powder combined with acupuncture treatment, the control group was given lactulose oral treatment. The duration of treatment is 30 days. The main symptoms of constipation before and after treatment and the symptom score of intestinal qi stagnation syndrome were statistically analyzed, and the excretion rate of the two groups of markers was counted and compared through the colonic transit test. After treatment,7 days,14 days and 30 days were followed up and comparative observation.Results:1.At the end of the study, the patients lost 4 cases, including 33 cases in the study group and31 cases in the control group.2.In the comparison of the scores of major symptoms of constipation, there were significant differences between the two groups after Treatment(P <0.01),and the effect of the study group was more significant than that of the Control Group(P <0.05).In comparison of Qi Stagnation Syndrome scores, the two groups showed significant improvement in symptoms of "abdominal distension and pain","bowel rumbling","Diet reduction","belching or hiccup"(P <0.01),there was significant improvement in the Study Group(P < 0.01)and no difference in the Control Group(P >0.05)in symptoms of "irritability or depression";and the therapeutic effect of the study group in Qi Stagnation Syndrome was significantly better than that of the Control Group(P<0.05),among which the three syndromes of "abdominal distension and pain","decreased diet" and "belching or hiccup" were significantly different(P < 0.01).3.In the contrast of Colon Marker excretion rate, the two groups improved significantly after Treatment(P < 0.01),the improvement of the study group was significantly better than the Control Group(P < 0.01).4.The effective rate of the main symptoms of constipation in the study group was 90.9%,which was better than 67.7% in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of Qi Stagnation Syndrome in the study group was 93.9%,which was significantly higher than35.3% in the control group(P< 0.01).5.In the follow-up,the number of relapse in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group at 7,14 and 30 days(P < 0.01).Conclusion:No matter for the main symptoms of constipation,or Qi stagnation syndrome and the rate of Colon Marker excretion, the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Sini powder combined with acupuncture is obviously better than lactulose, especially for Qi stagnation syndrome and improvement of colon marker excretion rate,follow-up showed that the sustained effect is much higher than lactulose,it is a safe and effective treatment, can be vigorously promoted in clinical.
