Study On The Application Regularity And Regional Characteristics Of Wumen Medical School Herbs

Objective:to deeply mine Wumen Medical School herbs data,analyze its application regularity and regional characteristics,expand the sample quantity of Wumen Medical School herbs Database,and provide a more powerful basis for the clinical application of Wumen Medical School.Method:collect the herb data of Wumen Medical School cases application,statistically analyze the frequency,category,nature and taste,meridian tropism and efficacy of herbal data with the help of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance SupportSystem(TCMISS),analyze the application regularity of Wumen Medical School high-frequency medicines and regional characteristics of local herbs,and then,combine with Wumen Medical School case to support the analysis,summarize the clinical application regularity and characteristics of the herbs which are commonly used in the treatment of Gynecological Diseases.Results:1.The collection of Wumen Medical School representative medical records:This paper contains a total of 2896 Wumen Medical School cases prescriptions.2.Statistical results of medicine frequency,nature,taste and meridian tropism:the medicine frequency statistics shows that there are 569 traditional Chinese medicines in the input data,of which 57 medicines are more than 100 times.The nature,taste and meridian tropism shows that warm medicines,sweet medicines and spleen medicines are used most frequently;medicine efficacy classification statistics shows that tonifying deficiency medicines are used most frequently.3.Prescription rules:through the prescription analysis of "prescription rule",11 core drugs are obtained.Based on the cluster analysis.6 core drug combinations are obtained,among which Chinese angelica,radix rehmanniae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba have the strongest relationship.Conclusions:this paper applies literature data mining,selects the representative works of 11 famous Wumen Medical School doctors,analyzes the academic characteristics of the above-mentioned medical treatment of Gynecological Diseases,explores the application law and regional characteristics of Wumen Medical School herbs,and summarizes Wumen Medical School experience prescriptions.The following conclusions are drawn:firstly,Wumen Medical School doctors makes good use of sweet,warm and tonic products.In clinical practice,Decoction of Four Drugs and Decoction of Four Noble Drugs are used as basic prescriptions to benefit Qi and blood.Secondly,Wumen Medical School doctors branch medicine according to local conditions,pay attention to phlegm clearing damp,like to use local herbs which unique characteristics of Jiangnan.Thirdly,Wumen Medical School is good at stranging through eight veins dialectical legislation,and using the flesh and blood herbs.
