Literature Research And Data Mining Based On Medication Rule Of Famous Scholars

ObjectiveThrough Data Mining of the medical records on the treatment of children’s Allergic rhinitis published in official journals by Famous Scholars of Chinese medicine from 2005 to 2020,the rule of medicine used by famous Scholars in the treatment of children’s Allergic rhinit is summarized and analyzed.Method①Using the method of literature retrieval,computer search for all literatures included in China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Weipu Journal Full-text Database and Wanfang Digital Journal Full-text Database from 2005 to 2020,and collected the treatment of chlidren Allergic rhinitis Literature journals form them.②We use the Excel to make the Data of literature prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicines standardization.③Using Excel to establish the original database,and using the software to perform frequency statistics on syndrome types,syndrome elements,prescriptions,Chinese medicines,and property flavors attributive channel.④Import the database into SPSS26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0,use the software’s association rule analysis and cluster analysis,to count the medicine pairs and medicine groups of the famous Sholars for the treatment of children Allergic rhinitis,to dig deeper and comprehensively summarize the the rule of medication of treating children Allergic rhinitis by the famous Scholars.Result①This study included 62 documents that comply with the standards of famous Chinese medicine experts for treating children with Allergic rhinitis,with 90 syndromes,90 compound prescriptions,and a total of 108 prescriptions,involving 156 Chinese medicines,and the cumulative frequency of use was 1032 times.②Syndrome type results:The classification of common syndrome types can be divided into the type of lung and spleen deficiency,lung and kidney deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency,righteous qi deficiency,exogenous evil invading the lung,and other types(including the classification of pathological factors,six channels).The top five common syndrome types are:Deficiency of lung and spleen Qi,wind cold invades the lung,wind-heat invades the lung,Zhengqi deficiency syndrome,and wind invades the lung.③Syndrome element results:The top three disease-type syndrome elements are lung,spleen,and kidney,and the top five disease-type syndrome elements are:Qi deficiency,wind-cold,wind,phlegm,and wind-heat.④Prescription results:The top five commonly used prescriptions are Yupingfeng San,Xanthium powder,Xinyi powder,Shenlingbaizhu powder,and Baohe pills.⑤esults of drug data mining:The top five high-frequency drugs for treating children with allergic rhinitis by Chinese medicine experts are Xinyi,Fangfeng,Angelica dahurica,Cocklebur,and Atractylodes macrocephala;the most commonly used high-frequency drug category statistics are anti-exposure drugs,followed by tonic drugs,Heat-clearing medicine,phlegm-relieving cough and asthma medicine,astringent relieving agent,hydration and swelling medicine,qi regulating medicine,blood circulation analgesic,wind-relieving and antispasmodic medicine followed;the medicine is mainly warm and cold,the medicine taste is mainly sweet,sweet and bitter.The lungs and spleen are mainly used,and are closely related to the stomach meridian,liver meridian,heart meridian,and kidney meridian;among the drug combinations based on association rules,Xinyi,Angelica dahurica,cocklebur,and Fangfeng are the core drugs,and the most frequently used drugs(2,3),Siwei)The drug combinations are Xinyi+Xanthium,Cocklebur+Baizhi+Xinyi,Xanthium+Baizhi+Fangfeng+Xinyi,High-frequency drug cluster analysis resulted in 9 drug groups.ConclusionThe pathogenesis of AR in children is the deficiency of lung,spleen,and kidney,lack of righteousness,and external evils such as wind-cold,wind-heat and wind-evil attack the lung.The disease location is mainly in the lungs,involving the spleen and kidneys.The common syndromes are pulmonary spleen-qi deficiency,wind-cold invading the lung,and wind-heat invading the lung.Different pathological products such as wind,wind,phlegm,and blood stasis are often involved in different stages.Experts in traditional Chinese medicine treat the disease with sweat and tonic methods;pay attention to treating lung,spleen,and kidney;pay attention to the use of drugs that return to the liver meridian and heart meridian;pay attention to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,and make good use of calming drugs;take into account pathological products when medication.It has reference significance for clinical treatment of children’s AR.
