Objective:To investigate the clinical application of erythrocyte blood storage technique in elective surgery; To investigate the practicability, safety and clinical significance of RBC blood storage technology in elective surgery by analyzing the clinical indexes of routine blood and blood coagulation before and after single blood collection and blood transfusion.Methods:1.Were retrospectively analyzed in May 2020 to February 2021 in the first affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College routine clinical data of 214 cases undergoing elective surgery patients, choose a red solid blood storage technology of autologous blood transfusion patients,152 cases of elective surgical procedures which as autologous blood transfusion group(including: 80 cases with chest cardiac surgery, urology of 17 cases of 18 cases,21 cases of obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, orthopaedics in 4 cases and 7 cases, dental neurosurgery in 5 cases),choose not to autologous blood erythrocyte solid storage technology under the thoracoscope of 62 patients with lung resection as a group of autologous blood transfusion.2.The blood routine and blood coagulation indexes of the autologous transfusion group were analyzed before, after and after blood collection(transfusion back).3.The postoperative hospital stay, allogeneic blood transfusion rate, and the incidence of transfusion adverse events were compared between the experimental group and the control group, and the effects of RBC blood storage technology on postoperative recovery of patients were studied.4.To investigate the safety and practicability of red blood cell storage technology in elective surgery and whether it has influence on postoperative recovery of patients.Results:1.There is no significant difference in blood pressure, respiration, heart rate and oxygen saturation before and after the collection of autologous erythrocytes(P>0.05).2.Before and 1 day after the autologous erythrocyte monophoresis in patients undergoing elective surgery, the WBC count of patients decreased slightly, but the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The change of RBC,HGB and HCT are statistically significant(P<0.05),while the changes of MCV,MCH and MCHC are not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.There is no significant difference in platelet-related indexes(PLT,PCT,PDW and MPV)before, after and one day after autologous red blood cells were selected for elective surgery(P>0.05).5.The level of WBC in patients with elective surgery before and after autologous erythrocyte monophoresis and the first day after the operation(after backtransfusion)is significantly higher than before, with statistical significance(P<0.05).RBC,HGB,HCT and PLT are significantly lower than before, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The PT of patients with elective surgery was prolonged before and after autologous erythrocyte monophoresis(transfusion back)on day 1,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no statistical significance in APTT,TT and FIB(P>0.05).7.The transfusion rate of allogeneic blood in autotransfusion group is 3.23%.The transfusion rate of allogeneic blood in non-autotransfusion group is 17.74%.8.There is no transfusion adverse reaction in autotransfusion group.Of the 62 patients in the non-autotransfusion group,11 patients received allogeneic blood transfusion, and 1 patient developed post-transfusion fever.Conclusion:1.RBC blood storage technique is a safe and effective method of preoperative autologous blood storage.2.Blood red solid storage technology can effectively ease the current blood lacking resources, the status of the rare blood type without blood,so that the need for blood Ⅳ kind of surgery, not because with the lack of blood or no blood and pause,so as to delay the optimal timing of surgery in patients with elective surgical procedures.3.RBC blood storage technology can reduce the rate of allogeneic blood transfusion and the incidence of transfusion adverse events, which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and use.
