Clinical Observation Of Photodynamictherapy Combined With Runzao Zhiyang Capsule In The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe Acne

Objective:This study was to observe the clinical efficacy,side effects and quality of life of patients with moderate and severe acne treated by photodynamic therapy(PDT)combined with Runzao Zhiyang capsule.Meanwhile,self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to investigate 60 patients with moderate and severe acne,and compared with normal people to explore the psychological impact of moderate and severe acne patients.Methods:In this study,60 patients with moderate to severe acne who met the criteria from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group)with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given photodynamic therapy combined with Runzao Zhiyang capsules orally,the control group was given Runzao Zhiyang capsules orally,and both groups were given erythromycin ointment for external use.The treatment time was 1 month.At 1,2,3,and 4 weeks after treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was judged and compared,and the severity of skin lesions,quality of life and psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,adverse reactions after treatment,and patient satisfaction were observed.Results:(1)In the experimental group,1 case withdrew and 1 case was lost to follow-up.A total of 28 cases completed the study.One case in the control group was lost to follow-up,and a total of 29 cases completed the study.(2)In the experimental group,7 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,2cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.4%;3cases in the control group were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 79.3%.The treatment effect of the two groups is significantly different,and the experimental group is better than the control group.After the treatment,the GAGS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,the DLQI score of the patient was positively correlated with the GAGS score.After all treatments ended,the DLQI values of the two groups decreased.The experimental group decreased more significantly than the control group.The experimental group improved the quality of life of patients better than the control group.(4)Before treatment,the SDS and SAS standard scores of the two groups were higher than those of the normal population.After the treatment,the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were not much different from those of the normal population.There were still significant differences between the control group and the normal population.The experimental group improved the negative emotions of patients better than the control group.(5)The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:(1)Photodynamic combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule has good curative effect in the treatment of moderate to severe acne,with few adverse reactions and low relapse rate.(2)The higher the GAGS score of patients with moderate to severe acne,the more obvious the decline in quality of life.Photodynamic combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule can improve the quality of life of patients with moderate to severe acne.(3)Patients with moderate to severe acne are prone to depression and anxiety.Photodynamic combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule can improve the negative emotions of patients with moderate to severe acne.
