Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Cake Moxibustion

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of herbal cake partitioned moxibustion group in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(ibs-qql).Compared with pinaverium bromide group,the clinical characteristics and curative effect of herbal cake separated moxibustion on irritable bowel syndrome(ibs-qql)were observed by using TCM symptom quantitative rating scale,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and irritable bowel syndrome Life Scale(Ibs-qql).Methods:70 cases of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 35 cases in the moxibustion group and 35 cases in the drug group.Observe the improvement of symptoms after 2 weeks of treatment,including abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension and other single symptom scores;Life quality improvement and score changes of SAS,SDS and IBS-QQL1Results:1.There were no statistical differences in age,gender and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05)2.After a full course of treatment in the moxibustion group and the drug group,the total symptom score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.The total symptom score of the moxibustion group was significantly lower than that of the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of single symptom integration,the moxibustion group was significantly better than the drug group in improving the number of stools,stools,defecation,abdominal pain and abdominal distension,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After a full course of treatment in the moxibustion group and the drug group,the scores of anxiety and depression after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment.The improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the moxibustion group was significantly better than that in the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After a full course of treatment in the moxibustion group and the drug group,the life quality score of the two groups after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment.The score of life quality of the moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After 3 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of the moxibustion group was significantly lower than that of the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion:Moxibustion with medicine cake can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome,the treatment effect is better than that of the drug group,and moxibustion with medicine cake can significantly improve the treatment of patients’ life and has unique advantages in the improvement of anxiety and depression...
