To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Pregnancy Outcome By Using Shoutai Pills Combined With Anticoagulant Drugs In The Treatment For Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Due To Thrombophilia

Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shoutai Pills combined anticoagulant drugs in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion due to Thrombophilia in the early pregnacy.Metheds:The clinical collection met the standard of 60 cases.Inform patients of the research methods,research purposes,research significance,possible adverse reactions and sign informed consent.All patients were divided into two groups,namely,treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.In all patients after pregnancy to give appropriate amount of folic acid,luteal body,after the confirmation of intrauterine pregnancy,the two groups of patients were given appropriate amount of enoxaparin,the treatment group patients in enoxaparin treatment basis plus Shoufai pills plus flavor prescription.Through a period of intervention,the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed from the thrombus index(APTT、platelet aggregation rate、D-dimer),gynecological ultrasound result,TCM syndrome integral change,and the SPASS23.0 statistical software was used to deal with the data after obtaining the data.Compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups to verify the effectiveness of Shoufai pills.Results:1.Thrombus index level:the results of each observation point after 30 days of pregnancy showed that the platelet aggregation rate and D-dimer in the treatment group were relatively low(P<0.05)compared with those in the control group,but the APTT in the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score:after the two groups received treatment,the TCM syndrome score of all patients decreased(P<0.05),but compared with the control group,the decrease trend of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).3.The success rate of fetal preservation was 56.67%and 83.33%respectively in the control group and the treatment group.From the point of view of the success rate of fetal preservation,the patients in the treatment group were better,and the two groups had statistical differences(P=0.222>0.05).4.Comprehensive curative effect:the total effective rate of the patients in the control group and the treatment group was 56.67%and 83.33%respectively;from the comprehensive curative effect,the treatment group patients had better therapeutic effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shoufai Pill combined with anticoagulant(enoxaparin)can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of patients with thrombotic syndrome complicated with recurrent abortion,reduce the rate of D-dimer and platelet aggregation,prolong APTT,reduce the risk of recurrent abortion.2.Shoufu Pill combined with anticoagulant(enoxaparin)can significantly improve the signs and related clinical symptoms of recurrent abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which is helpful to improve the success rate of fetal preservation.
