Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huayu Decoction In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and observe its effects on low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and the ratio of C-reactive protein to albumin(CAR).Methods:Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into 30 test groups and 30 control groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was added with Yiqi Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The angina classification,TCM syndrome score,Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale,LDL-C and CAR levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS24.0.Result:1.In the end,all 60 patients completed the treatment plan,and no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients during the course of treatment.2.The angina pectoris classification of the two groups of patients has improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference is obvious(P<0.05);The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the experimental group was 90.00%,and that in the control group was 76.67%,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.Compared within the group,the individual TCM syndrome scores and total syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);In comparison between the groups,the individual TCM syndrome scores and the total syndrome scores of the test group patients decreased more significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 93.33%,and that in the control group was 73.33%,P<0.05,the difference was large and statistically significant.4.In comparison within the group,the physical limitation,angina stability,treatment satisfaction,and disease perception of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the angina frequency(P>0.05);In comparison between groups,the PL,AS,TS,and DP dimension scores of the experimental group were higher after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the AF dimension(P>0.05).5.Compared within the group,the levels of LDL-C and CAR of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In comparison between the groups,the levels of LDL-C and CAR in the experimental group decreased lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huayu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris is better than conventional western medicine in angina pectoris classification,single TCM syndrome score,syndrome total score,syndrome efficacy,PL,AS,TS,DP dimensions of SAQ,and reduction of LDL-C and CAR levels,but there is no obvious advantage in the efficacy of angina pectoris and the AF dimension of SAQ.2.Yiqi huayu decoction combined with conventional western medicine has good clinical effect,safe and reliable,and has no obvious side effects.It has certain lipid-lowering,anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular protective effects.And its treatment effect is superior to the western medicine routine.
