Clinical Bservation On Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Yi Qi Zhu Yu Tong Luo Decoction Effect On Exercise Tolerance

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction on patients with angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and its effect on exercise tolerance.Methods:The 60 patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction on this basis.For 4 weeks,the two groups were compared in patients with angina pectoris score,angina pectoris,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome curative effect,decrease rate of nitroglycerin,exercise tolerance(total exercise time,metabolic equivalent,emergence time of ST segment depression 1 mm,the time difference with angina)statistical software processing data and the corresponding results were analyzed.Results:1.After treatment,the statistical test,TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris symptom score two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above parameters in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.2.After treatment,the statistical test,compared with angina pectoris group two,treatment group 86.67%,control group was 63.33%(P<0.05);compared the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the treatment group was 83.33%,56.67%in the control group(P<0.05);nitroglycerin withdrawal rate compared to 90%in the treatment group,the control group was 70%(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.3.After treatment,the statistical test,metabolic equivalent of group two was higher than before treatment;the total exercise time,ST depression 1mm time,angina time was significantly prolonged(P<0.05),and the treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction can obviously improve the symptoms of unstable angina pectoris patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.2.Yiqi Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction can improve the exercise tolerance of patients with angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
