The Clinical Observation Of Qushi Jiedu Decoction Combined With Baofukang Suppository In Treating Cervical HR-HPV Infection Of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome.

Objective:By observing the changes of clinical symptoms,cervical fluid-based cytology(TCT)examination results and clearance of HR-HPV infection,to confirme the efficacy and safety of Qushi Jiedu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository treating patients with HR-HPV infection of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.In addition,by comparing with the single treatment of Baofukang Suppository,exploring whether it has more therapeutic advantages,so as to open up new treatment ideas with Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which is conducive to the further promotion of its clinical application.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,60 patients with HR-HPV infection that consulting in Gynecological Clinic of Nanjing TCM Hospital,and meet the research criteria in the study were selected.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Qushi Jiedu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository)and control group(Baofukang Suppository).All patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.After 3 months of treatment,TCM syndrome score,HPV negative conversion rate,TCT cytological changes were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)TCM symptom score:After treatment,the TCM symptom score in both groups were decreased,and the effective efficiency of TCM symptom in the treatment group(86.66%)was much higher than that in the control group(53.33%).By comparison between groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM clinical symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034<0.05).(2)HPV negative conversion rate:After treatment,HPV turned negative in both groups.Overcast rate in the combination group was 80%,which was higher than that of 50%in the Baofukang suppositant group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P=0.014<0.05).(3)Cervical fluid-based cytology(TCT):After treatment,TCT examination results were improved in both groups.The number of cured,effective and invalid patients in the treatment group were 17,11 and 2,and the number of cured,effective and invalid patients in the the control group is 16,9,5.The treatment effects of combination group are better than the control group by comparison.The difference of datas between these two groups were statisticaliy significant(P=0.034<0.05).(4)Clinical curative effect:The clinical curative effect was divided into cured,effective,effective and ineffective,according to TCM syndrome scores and HR-HPV negative conversion rate.The clinical cure rate in the treatment group(85.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(53.33%),which was statistically significant(P=0.030<0.05).Conclusion:Qushi Jiedu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository has a remarkable effect on patients with cervical HR-HPV infection of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.It can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome scores,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve HR-HPV negative conversion rates and TCT examination results,reversing cervical lesions in the early stage of the disease,so as to preventing it from developing into cervical cancer.
