| Objective:By comparing the changes of serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels and scores in the two groups of patients with KOA before and after treatment with acupotomology and Futarin, the mechanism of acupotomology in the treatment of KOA was explored, and the clinical basis for the treatment of this disease was provided.Methods:60 patients with KOA who met the criteria were divided into two groups, one group was acupotomology release group(treatment group),and the other group was topical use of Futarin ointment group(control group).the treatment group treated once a week,a total of treatment three times, the observation group drug daub three times a day,a total of three weeks treatment,IL-6 in serum was detected before and after the treatment, the content of TNF alpha, record the two groups before treatment,at the time of 2,4 and 8 weeks follow-up in patients with osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and total integral pain visual analog scale(VAS).After the course of treatment, the indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed with SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.After treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups were 93.33%and 80%(P<0.01).At the 8th week after treatment, the effective rates of the two groups were 86.67%and 63.33%(P<0.05),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant. The results indicated that acupotomology and butalin had good curative effect in the treatment of KOA2.WOMAC score and VAS score at the 2nd,4th and 8th week in both groups Decreased, the treatment group was more obvious, the difference was statistically significantand compared with that in the butarine group(P<0.05).3.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly different(P<0.01).After treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could effectively reduce the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of knee osteoarthritis, but the degree of reduction was more obvious in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.Both of the two therapies have good efficacy in the treatment of KOA,but acupotomology is more advantageous for both short-term and long-term efficacy;2.Acupotomy release can significantly reduce the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of patients with KOA,which may be due to the effect of acupotomy on the metabolism of these two inflammatory factors closely related to the process of KOA.3.Acupotomology release can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with KOA and improve their life treatment. |
