Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm-Dampness Type With Bushen-Huatan Decoction Combined With Diane-35 Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of PCOS Hyperandrogenemiam

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen-Huatan Decoction combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of PCOS with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness and its effect on BMI and T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,SHBG,FINS,PRL through clinical research;Group comparison,to explore the advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in improving menstruation and TCM syndromes,reducing signs of Kaohsiung,adjusting hormone levels,reducing side effects,etc.,to provide a basis for guiding clinical medication.Methods:This study is divided into two parts:theoretical discussion and clinical research.Theoretical discussion:After searching the literature,we summarized the understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of PCOS hyperandrogenemia by Chinese medicine and modern medicine,and explored the pharmacological effects and clinical action mechanisms of the drugs in the Bushen-Huatan Decoction.Clinical research:The 60 patients who meet the requirements(64 cases were included in total,3 cases were dropped from the test group,1 case was dropped from the control group,and 60 cases were finally completed),and were randomly divided into 30 cases in the test group and 30 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with Bushen-Huatan Decoction and Diane-35,and the control group was treated with Diane-35 orally,each of which was intervened for 3 menstrual cycles.After stopping the drug,follow up at the outpatient clinic or telephone to observe the number of menstrual cramps during the 3-month period.Observe and record menstruation,hirsutism and acne,body mass index(BMI),laboratory indicators(T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,SHBG,FINS,PRL),symptom scores,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment,Safety indicators and follow-up conditions,etc.,using SPSS 26.0 to conduct data analysis and draw conclusions.Result:(1)Before treatment:There is no statistical difference between the test group and the control group in terms of age,BMI,menstrual cycle,menstrual condition score,Kaohsiung symptom score,total symptom score,TCM syndrome score,and hormone level before treatment,and they are comparable Sex.(2)Total curative effect:The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.There was a statistical difference between the groups(P=0.011),indicating that the experimental group had better curative effect.(3)Menstruation:Both groups can improve menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume,and color quality.There is no statistically significant difference in comparison between groups(P=0.643,0.442,0.200,0.124),suggesting that the two groups can improve menstruation The effect is equivalent.(4)Kaohsiung signs:Both groups can reduce the scores of hirsutism and acne,and the difference between the groups is not statistically significant(P=0.492,0.226),suggesting that the two groups have the same effect in improving Kaohsiung signs.(5)TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P=0.911),indicating that the two groups had similar effects in reducing TCM syndromes.(6)TCM syndrome treatment efficiency:93.33%in the test group and 73.33%in the control group.There is a statistical difference between the groups(P=0.023),that is,the TCM syndrome treatment efficiency in the test group is better than that in the control group.(7)Height and body mass index(BMI):The BMI of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.784),indicating that the two groups had the same effect in reducing BMI.(8)Hormone level:Serum T,LH,LH/FSH,FINS,PRL decreased after treatment in the two groups,and FSH and SHBG increased.The experimental group reduced T(P=0.023)and LH/FSH(P=0.002)and the effect was better Excellent,the two groups had the same curative effect in reducing LH,FINS,PRL and increasing FSH and SHBG(P>0.05).(9)Follow-up:The two groups were followed up for 3 months.The menstrual cramp rate of the test group was 90.00%,which was better than that of the control group(70.00%).Conclusion:Bushen-Huatan Decoction combined with Diane-35 can improve patients’menstrual condition,Kaohsiung signs and TCM syndrome scores,lower BMI levels,lower T,LH,LH/FSH,FINS,PRL,and increase FSH and SHBG values.It is superior to the Diane-35 group in terms of overall efficacy and lowering serum T,LH/FSH,with long-term efficacy and no adverse drug reactions.Therefore,it is believed that Bushen Huatan Decoction combined with Diane-3 5 is clinically effective in the treatment of PCOS hyperandrogenism.It adjusts the level of hormones by improving the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis and has high safety.Therefore,the clinical intervention program of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can be promoted.,Treat this disease from the perspective of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome.
