| Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe acupoint sticking combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of kidney empty phlegm dampness syndromes of polycystic ovary syndrome clinical curative effect,provide new treatments for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:A total of 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)treated in the department of Gynecology of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Control application of kidney and phlegm yasmin oral,observation group in the control group,on the basis of the application Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy.Body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),serum sex hormone levels,glucolipid metabolism and TCM syndrome score were observed in 2 groups for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Results:1.Comprehensive evaluation of efficacy: the TCM syndrome score of 2 groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the observation group of TCM syndrome integral(3.68±3.58)is lower than the treatment group(7.00±4.48),with statistical significance(P < 0.05);observation group cure rate,effective,efficient(6.8%,69.0% and24.1%,respectively)were higher than the control group(0%,10.3% and 86.2%,respectively),the results have statistical significance(P < 0.05),in clinical practice,it can be chosen to add traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of Bushen Huatan Recipe combined with Yasmin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome due to kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,and the overall curative effect is more accurate.2.Reducing BMI and waist-to-hip ratio: BMI and WHR in 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment,two methods of treatment in reducing weight,reduce WHR all have better curative effect,observation group of patients with BMI index compared with control group,the result was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Between the two groups of treatment in patients with lower back WHR is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),shows that in terms of weight reduction increased Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy effect is better,in terms of lower waist-to-hip ratio,the curative effect of two kinds of treatments are the same.3.Adjustment of serum sex hormone levels: Serum LEVELS of FSH,LH and T in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both treatment regimens can improve serum sex hormone levels in PCOS patients,and the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group.4.After treatment,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG and LDL-C were decreased,while HDLC was increased in both groups.IR,TC,TG,LDL-C were lower than control group,DDL-C was higher than control group,indicating that acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment is helpful to improve glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with PCOS,and the curative effect is better than that in the control group.Conclusion:In this study,traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking combined with traditional Chinese medicine was used in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness.It has high safety and can provide a new treatment plan for the treatment of PCOS in the future clinical work,and has broad application prospects. |
