| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of fire-blade acupuncture combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction.Methods:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction were randomly divided into observation group(n= 30)and control group(n = 30).Treatment methods:1.the observation group was treated with integrated therapy based on fire-edge acupuncture.(1)Fire-edge needle treatment: fully expose the treatment site,look for the tendon node near the affected knee joint,after routine disinfection,take several 0.5mm×50mm disposable aseptic needles,burn the needle tip to red with alcohol lamp,and pierce it quickly.Two tendon nodes are selected for each treatment,and each tendon node is punctured twice.(2)cupping treatment: after the fire blade needle was punctured,the cupping of appropriate size was quickly adsorbed above the acupuncture point,and the cupping was retained for 5 minutes,and the cupping was routinely disinfected after coming out of the cupping.(3)treatment of wheat grain moxibustion:acupoints Dazhui,Shuangganshu,Shuangshenshu,Mingmen,Guanyuan,Shuangzu Sanli,Shuangyanglingquan,Shuangxuanzhong,each acupoint was given wheat moxibustion 5 Zhuang.2.the control group was treated with filiform acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture.The treatment site was fully exposed,and the inner knee eye,calf nose,Liang Qiu and Xuehai were selected.After routine disinfection,0.25 mm ×40mm disposable aseptic acupuncture acupuncture was used to insert30-35 mm into the acupoint.After acupuncture,the calf nose point and the inner knee eye were used as the group to connect with the electronic acupuncture apparatus,and the other acupoints were tonified and purged,and the needle 20 min was retained.Course of treatment: the two groups were treated once every 3 days,twice a week as a course of treatment,1day off between each course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Evaluation methods: VAS score,WOMAC score and ROM of active flexion range of knee joint were performed in the two groups before and after treatment.The statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the related data.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The overall curative effect of the two groups was compared by rank sum test: after treatment,the observation group was cured in 9 cases,markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 2 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the cure rate was 31.03%,the markedly effective rate was 89.66%,and the total effective rate was 96.55%.The control group was cured in 3cases,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 13 cases,ineffective in 4cases,the cure rate was 10.34%,the markedly effective rate was 31.03%,and the total effective rate was 86.21%.The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.VAS score,WOMAC score and ROM,of active flexion range of knee joint of the two groups were analyzed by t-test:(1)comparison within the group: after treatment,there were significant differences in VAS score,WOMAC score and ROM of active flexion range of knee joint between the two groups before treatment,indicating that all indexes of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment.(2)comparison between groups:(1)there was no significant difference in VAS score,WOMAC score and ROM of active flexion range of knee joint between the two groups before treatment,but there was comparability between the two groups.(2)There were significant differences in VAS score,WOMAC score and ROM of active flexion range of knee joint between the two groups after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The combination of fire-edge acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,which can quickly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the joint activity function and improve the quality of life of the patients.its overall clinical effect is significantly better than that of conventional filiform acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture. |
