Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Wendan Decoction And Jinlingzi Powder Combined With Quadruple Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis Associated With Helicobacter Pylori Of Damp-heat Type In Spleen And Stomach

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Jinlingzi powder on Hp related chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.Methods: Sixty patients who met the criteria were included and randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Jinjingzi Powder(Coptidis chinensis 6g,bamboo Ru 10 g,Zhishi 10 g,Pinellia pinellia10 g,Tangerine Peel 10 g,Zhixiangcao 10 g,Ginger 10 g,Poria 10 g,Yanhuaso10g,Melia chinensis 10g)+ Western medicine tetratherapy(Eseomeprazole enteric capsule 20 mg bid,taken half an hour before meal;Colloidal pectin bismuth capsule 100 mg TID take half an hour before meal;Amoxicillin Dispersible Tablet 1000 mg bid,take after meal;Levofloxacin lactate tablet200 mg,bid,after meal).The control group received quadruple therapy.The total course of treatment for both groups was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was studied and analyzed by comparing the TCM symptom score and the eradication rate and recurrence rate of Hp before and after treatment.Results:1.General materials: There is no statistical difference in age,gender,and course of disease(P>0.05).2.Comparison of the total curative effect of Chinese medicine between the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group is 73.33%,the treatment group and the control group are statistically analyzed,there is statistical significance(P<0.05),the total curative effect of the treatment group is excellent In the control group.3.Efficacy of single symptom in traditional Chinese medicine: Before treatment,the scores of single symptom in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of improving stomach pain,bloating,mouth pain,and limb drowsiness(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving heartburn,nausea and vomiting,and bad breath(P>0.05).4.In terms of the total score of TCM syndromes: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In improving the total score of TCM syndromes,the treatment group had more advantages than the control group.The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment showed statistical difference(P<0.05),then the treatment methods of the two groups improved the total score of TCM syndrome;after treatment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the total score of TCM symptoms.5.Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate: There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Hp eradication between the two groups.After three months,Hp was rechecked.The Hp recurrence rate of the treatment group was 0%.The recurrence rate of Hp in the control group was 16%,which was statistically significant after statistical comparison(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Jinlingzi powder combined with Western medicine in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome Hp related chronic gastritis clinical efficacy is better than simple quadruple therapy,and can reduce the recurrence rate of Hp.
