Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of chaiqin wendan decoction in the treatment of infantile anorexia with damp-heat of spleen and stomach,for exploring the efficacy and advantage of traditional Chinese medicine on treating infantile anorexia.Methods:80 cases of children diagnosed with anorexia of spleen and stomach dampness-heat type in pediatric outpatient department were collected and selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the treatment process of this study,a total of 7 cases fell off,3 cases in the experimental group and 4 cases in the control group,and a total of 73 cases in the experimental study were completed.The experimental group was given chaiqin wendan decoction,and the control group was given oral baohe pill,and the treatment course was 4 weeks.During the treatment period,the second and fourth weeks of treatment were regarded as the visiting points,and the drug safety was recorded and followed up.Patients were followed up one month after drug withdrawal to observe and record the long-term efficacy of the drug.Results:1.Clinical efficacy: after 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group reached 89.19%,and the control group reached75%.After statistical analysis,P=0.036(P < 0.05),the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant,that is,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.2.Comparison of total syndrome points: after 4 weeks of treatment,the P value was less than 0.05,and the difference in the efficacy of total syndrome points between the two groups was statistically significant,that is,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.3.Comparison of total score of primary and secondary symptoms: after 4weeks of treatment,P value was less than 0.05,and the difference in total score of primary and secondary symptoms between the two groups was statistically significant,that is,the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:1.Chaiqin wendan decoction has a significant clinical effect on treating anorexia in children with spleen and stomach dampness-heat type,significantly better than the control group.2.Chaiqin wendan decoction for the treatment of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach dampness-heat type is significantly better than the control group in improving the the total scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms.3.Chaiqin wendan decoction is used for the treatment of anorexia of children with spleen and stomach dampness-heat type.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in clinical application.
