| Objective: the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine meridian manipulation combined with holistic chiropractic treatment for lumbar facet joint disorders,to explore a more reasonable and optimized clinical treatment plan for lumbar facet joint disorders,and to improve the effectiveness of the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders Sexuality and pertinence.Methods: The selection of patients in this study are from 60 patients with lumbar facet joint disorders who selected the Tuina Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2020 and met the inclusion criteria,including 25 male patients and female patients Thirty-five cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.The treatment group was Zhuang medicine muscle meridian manipulation combined with holistic chiropractic therapy,and the control group was Zhuang medicinal muscle meridian manipulation combined with lumbar spine positioning and rotation.The two groups were compared and observed Observation indicators of the curative effect after treatment,the visual analogue scale of pain(VOS)and the lumbar JOA scale before and after treatment.Result:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in general information(sex,age,course of disease)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients showed: 30 cases in the treatment group,10 cases of clinical control,16 cases of marked effect,4 cases of effective,and 0 cases of ineffective;30 cases of control group,4 cases of clinical control,13 cases of marked effect,11 cases of effective.2 cases were invalid.After statistical analysis,the difference is statistically significant(P=0.04<0.05),and it can be considered that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Before treatment,the difference in VOS scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable;after treatment,the VOS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VOS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two treatment methods can reduce the patient’s VOS score,but the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Before treatment,the comparison of JOA scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable;after treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);After the treatment,the JOA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the two treatment methods can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar facet joint disorders and improve the quality of life of the patients,but the overall improvement in the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: After the course of treatment,through statistical analysis and comparison of multiple data obtained before and after treatment,both treatment methods can effectively improve the patient’s JOA,VOS score and clinical symptoms,and are good for lumbar facet joint disorders.After the treatment,the improvement of the scores of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,indicating that Zhuang medicine meridian manipulation combined with holistic chiropractic treatment is better than Zhuang meridian manipulation combined with lumbar spine in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders.Positioning and rotating treatment. |
