Objectives:Through pain, vertebral rotation and muscle tension, the immediate effects of two chiropractic techniques(sitting knee method and prone palm-press method)on patients with T3-T7 segment and rotary dislocation thoracic facet joint disorder were observed to provide objective reference for the selection of clinical techniques. Methods:From April 2021 to October 2021,78 patients with thoracic facet joint disorders in the Department of Massage of the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province were selected and divided into group A and group B by random number method, with 39 patients in each group.Group A received conventional massage relaxation manipulation combined with sitting knee-top chiropractic manipulation,A total of 1 time.Group B was treated with conventional massage relaxation manipulation combined with prone palm massage chiropractic manipulation, once in all.Pain PD,posterior top chain muscle tension coefficient K value[120°] and thoracic rotation Angle were selected as the observation indexes, and the clinical efficacy of the patients after treatment was evaluated according to the "Criteria for Diagnosis and Efficacy of TCM Diseases",and the comparison between groups was conducted.Results:1.Quantitative analysis of perception and pain--Pain PD:there was statistically significant difference in Pain PD between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could reduce pain; After treatment, there was statistically significant difference in Pain PD between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that group B was superior to group A in pain improvement.2.DIERS 4D Spine Posture&motion Analysisotion system--thoracic rotation Angle:intragroup comparison of thoracic rotation Angle between the two groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the rotation Angle of thoracic vertebra could be reduced in both groups. After treatment, the thoracic rotation Angle between the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that group B was superior to group A in reducing thoracic rotation Angle.3.Tecno Body rehabilitation systems--posterior chain muscle tension coefficient K value[120°]:intra-group comparison of posterior chain muscle tension coefficient between the two groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that treatment in both groups could improve the tension of posterior chain muscle; After treatment, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that group B was superior to group A in improved chain muscle tension.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation:after treatment, the clinical efficacy evaluation of the two groups was compared between the groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that group B was superior to group A.Conclusions:Sitting knee top method and prone palm press method can relieve the pain of patients with T3-T7 segment and rotary dislocation of thoracic facet joint disorder, reduce the rotation Angle of the dislocation of thoracic spine, and reduce the tension of the posterior chain muscle of patients. The clinical effect of supine palm pressing method is better than sitting knee top method. In the T3-T7 segment, prone palm press is more suitable for patients with rotational dislocation of thoracic joint disorders.
