Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Yofascitis By Zhuang Medicine Channel Tendon Therapy

Objective : To verify the clinical effectiveness of zhuang medicine transfasciitis in the treatment of low back myofasciitis by comparing the clinical efficacy of zhuang medicine transfasciitis therapy(transfasciitis massage + zhuang medicine fire acupuncture + cupping)and Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy(traditional Chinese medicine massage +common acupuncture + cupping).Methods:A total of 70 patients with lumbar and back myofasciitis were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35cases).Each treatment was 1 day apart,and each course had 3 treatments,2days apart,after which the efficacy was evaluated.Efficacy assessment:(1)pain degree assessment: visual analogue scale(VAS);(2)Dysfunction index(ODI index)(3)Evaluation of overall efficacy: Criteria for Diagnostic Efficacy of Diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine was used.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the treatment results and data of the two groups.Results:1.Baseline data comparison: there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,VAS score and ODI dysfunction index score before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of pain assessment results: VAS scores after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but Zhuang Medicine Transcathic Therapy was superior to Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrated Therapy in alleviating LBP symptoms in LBP patients(P<0.05).3.Comparison of evaluation results of lumbar motility function: the ODI index scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but Zhuang Medicine Transcathic Therapy was better than Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy in improving lumbar motility dysfunction in patients with lumbar myofasciitis(P<0.05).4.Comparison of overall efficacy: after treatment in the two groups,the total clinical effective rate in the Zhuang Medicine Group was 93.8%(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate in the Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy Group was 74.2%(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both zhuang medicine meridian therapy and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy have good curative effect in the treatment of lumbar myofasciitis,but the curative effect of zhuang medicine meridian therapy is obviously better than that of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy,and the effect of zhuang medicine meridian therapy is more significant than that of traditional Chinese medicine in alleviating pain degree and improving the lumbar movement disorder of patients.Zhuang medicine transfasciitis treatment of lumbar back myofascitis,curative effect,simple operation,good safety,the majority of patients are easy to accept,worthy of clinical promotion.
