Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Gluteus Medius Syndrome With Meridian Tendon Therapy Of Zhuang Medicine

Objective: by comparing the clinical efficacy of meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine and comprehensive therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gluteus middle muscle syndrome,combined with the viewpoint of "pain caused by tendon knot" and "pain due to lack of honor",to explore the advantages of meridian tendon manipulation of Zhuang medicine and fire acupuncture of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of gluteus medius syndrome,combined with the viewpoint of "pain caused by tendon knot" and "pain due to lack of nutrition",to explore the advantages of meridian tendon manipulation of Zhuang medicine and fire acupuncture of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of gluteus medius syndrome.Methods: 80 patients with gluteus medius syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(TCM comprehensive therapy group)and treatment group(Zhuang Medicine tendon therapy group)40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCM acupuncture+ massage + cupping therapy,the main acupoints: Shenshu,Dachangshu,Mingmen,Zhibian,Huantiao and Ashixue.Acupoints:Chengfu,Yinmen,Weizhong,Chengshan,Yanglingquan,Kunlun.The treatment group first used the Zhuang medicine to touch the knot,locate and take the points,and loosen the tendons and untie the knot with meridian tendon manipulation of Zhuang medicine,then give the Zhuang medicine fire needle to eliminate the knot,and finally uses the cupping to detoxify.The two groups were treated for three consecutive courses.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the clinical symptom and sign score table,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and dysfunction index(ODI)before and after treatment.The data collected by the two groups were summarized and analyzed by spss26 0 for statistical analysis.Results:(1)comparison of general data: the basic clinical data of patients before treatment were comparable without statistical difference in age,gender and course of disease.(2)There was no statistical significance in clinical symptom and sign score table,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and dysfunction index(ODI)between the two groups before treatment,indicating comparability.(3)Results of pain symptoms and scores after treatment: the scores of clinical symptoms and signs and VAS scale in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment and had statistical significance(P < 0.05).However,after treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs and VAS scale in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,It shows that the effect of meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine on relieving pain is stronger than that of TCM comprehensive therapy group.After treatment,the functional indexes of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine was better than TCM comprehensive therapy in improving functional dysfunction.(5)Comparison of overall efficacy: the difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the the treatment of gluteus medius syndrome by meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine was more significant than the TCM comprehensive therapy.Conclusion: In the treatment of GMe DS patients,the total effective rate of meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine group is better than that of TCM comprehensive therapy group,which shows that meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine is effective in the treatment of GMe DS.The clinical effect of meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of GMe DS is more prominent than that of TCM comprehensive therapy.And the clinical symptoms and signs,the degree of pain relief and dysfunction improvement after treatment are obviously better than that of TCM comprehensive therapy group.
