| Objective: Through the application of two rehabilitation schemes to guide the functional rehabilitation of distal radius fractures after internal fixation with Kirschner wire, the functional recovery after operation was compared, and the significance of the concept of "static and dynamic balance" in traditional Chinese medicine in guiding the functional rehabilitation after wrist joint operation was discussed. Methods:Selection in October 2018 to June 2020 in affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM treatment of distal radius fracture patients, and the needle was closed reduction and fixation combined with external fixation splint treatment, according to random number table method is divided into two group(25 cases),group A for the treatment group(" static and dynamic balance" concept to guide postoperative functional rehabilitation group)and group B as control group(traditional painless recovery concept to guide postoperative rehabilitation group),postoperative clinical law review and functional exercise guidance respectively, wrist X-ray films, compared two groups of wrist joint function activity and imaging data.Cooney wrist function score and VAS pain score were used to evaluate and analyze, and the differences of postoperative functional recovery under the guidance of different rehabilitation programs were compared. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in clinical healing time between the two groups(P>0.05);2.Imaging data at the 6th month after surgery showed no significant difference between the two groups in palmar Angle, ulnar Angle and radius height(P>0.05);3.There were significant differences in VAS pain scores between the two groups at 4 weeks and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05),6 months after operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);4.In the comparison of Cooney’s wrist function, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;5.Six months after surgery, according to the Cooney wrist function score, the recovery rate of the treatment group(96%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76%)(P<0.05),indicating that the recovery effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: In the treatment of distal radius fracture by closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation, under the guidance of the concept of "dynamic and static balance",the early, safe and effective quantitative rehabilitation program after surgery can achieve satisfactory functional recovery effect of wrist joint. |
