| Objective: To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction and immunomodulation-based therapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,the changes of tumor load,blood coagulation function and plasma TF expression level of patients before and after treatment were monitored and analyzed.The aim is to reduce the risk of thrombosis in patients with myeloma and to provide a more safe and effective treatment program of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with myeloma.Methods:A total of 38 patients with multiple myeloma of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups with 19 patients in each group,among which 2 patients in the control group fell out during treatment.Control group given on the basis of immune modulators of treatment,the observation group at the same time in the given on the basis of immune modulators scheme with reasons of invigorate the circulation of add and subtract,compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of western medicine clinical efficacy index,Chinese medicine symptom index and the expression level of plasma TF,etc,the difference of the two groups of treatment in the prevention and treatment of multiple myeloma play a role of the curative effect of VTE risk.Results:1.Total response rate(ORR): After treatment,the total response rate of the control group was 70.59%(12/17),including 1case of complete response,3 cases of relatively good partial response,8 cases of partial response,and 5 cases of no response;The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.21%(16/19),among which 2 cases were complete remission,4 cases were partial remission,10 cases were partial remission,and 3 cases were no remission.However,there was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups by statistical test(P>0.05),which may be related to the small sample size and incomprehensiveness of this study.2.Western medicine clinical efficacy indicators: the control group after treatment,the observation group of M protein count,the proportion of myeloma cells,blood beta 2 microglobulin levels are reduced from the previous,coagulation index to low freezing condition improved,thrombus stretch all the values in this picture,but a good trend,and the above indexes more clearly the improvement of the observation group than the control group,the difference between the statistical tests are significant(P<0.05);3.Efficacy of TCM syndrome: After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndrome in the control group and the observation group was improved,and the improvement degree of TCM syndrome in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Karlsian score of quality of life: After treatment,the quality of life of both the control group and the observation group showed a trend of improvement,and the improvement of quality of life of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group,the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Plasma TF expression level: After treatment,TF expression level in both control group and observation group was decreased,and the decrease degree of TF in observation group was more obvious than control group,the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney invigorate the party and immune modulators based collaborative treatment of patients with MM,can be very good to reduce the patient’s tumor load,to improve the high coagulation state in patients with multiple myeloma and has a positive effect,at the same time reduces the risk of VTE in patients with multiple myeloma,and has good safety in the process of treatment and less adverse reactions. |
