| Objective:This research aims to establish a realistic, scientific and practical stroke health management effect evaluation system through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,so as to improve the standardized and scientific management of stroke community health management.Provide methodological basis and practical guidance for the sustainable development of stroke health management services in communities.Research method:We used the literature analysis method,Delphi method to design the index system framework and use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight coefficient. Finally, the index system was used to evaluate N community health management project with fuzzy evaluation method.Result:(1)The study adopted two rounds of Delphi method, the effective questionnaire response rates are all>95%,and the expert authority coefficients are all>0.7.This construction contains three first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators, and 39 third-level indicators.(2)Apply AHP method to weight the index system. The random consistency ratio CR is 0.032 and less than 0.10.There are no logical errors in the first, the second and third levels.(3)Fuzzy evaluation method used to evaluate the stroke health management of N Community Health Service Center in Guangzhou. The final score is 7.52,the overall level is " relatively good".It has been verified that this indicator system can scientifically and objectively reflect the current status of stroke community health management and based on this,we found shortcomings in development and provided a reference for subsequent improvement of health management services.Conclusion:(1)This study uses literature analysis Delphi and AHP to construct an evaluation index system for stroke health management in urban communities, which can scientifically and objectively evaluate the health management services of primary health service centers, and can find out the development shortcomings and further improve the direction in time.(2)Fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the effect of stroke health management in N community in Guangzhou. It is found that the community is relatively inadequate in process evaluation and result evaluation but it has failed to continuously improve stroke health management projects. There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of specialization and needs investigation. |
