| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two schemes according to the score of grayfield dizziness,clinical syndromes and H.pylori Yin effect before and after treatment,Further explore the correlation between MS and H.pylori infection,deepen the understanding of H.pylori infection related diseases,and provide a new way of MS treatment.Methods:The comparative study design of observation effect was adopted.From January 2020 to January 2021,60 cases of MS patients with H.pylori positive spleen stomach damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.All patients met the diagnostic criteria of H.pylori infection in the fifth national consensus report on the management of Helicobacter pylori infection and the diagnostic criteria of motion sickness in otology.All patients had a history of carsickness.The observation group was treated with xinpuyin Granules Combined with omeprazole,and the control group was treated with traditional triple therapy(amoxicillin+clarithromycin+omeprazole)for H.pylori eradication.General information,TCM clinical syndrome score before and after treatment,Graybiel motion sickness score before and after treatment,13C-UBT detection of H.pylori negative conversion one month after drug withdrawal(6 weeks after treatment)and adverse reactions during drug use were collected.Spss26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the relevant data.Result:In terms of H.pylori,the rate of Yin transfer in observation group was 79.3%,while that of control group was 78.6%.The rate of Yin transfer in observation group was slightly higher than that of control group,and there was no statistical significance.In terms of the improvement of clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine:the total effective rate of observation group was 89.7%,the total effective rate of control group was 89.3%.After treatment,the clinical syndromes of TCM in both groups were significantly improved and the total effective rate was quite good.Clinical syndrome score of observation group(6 ± 5.16 points)compared with control group(9.75)±The results showed that the symptom relief was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group was significantly improved in the symptoms of distention of stomachache,less appetite and mouth dry and bitter mouth(P<0.05),and significantly better in belching,nausea and vomiting and stool stickiness than that in the control group(P<0.01).In terms of improvement of symptoms of vertigo,the total effective rate of observation group was 93.1%,the total effective rate of control group was 85.7%,and the score of grayfield vertigo disease in the observation group(5.93±4.46)and control group grayfield vertigo score(8.46)± 5.93)the score and total effective rate of grayfield vertigo were not significantly different(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.6%at 6 weeks after treatment,89.3%in the control group,and the score of grayfield vertigo in the observation group(5.55 ± 5.09 compared with the control group,grayfield halo disease score(8.18)± 4.53)was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis between the degree of vertigo and baseline data:there was a correlation between sex,past history(HP infection)and the degree of halo disease.The correlation coefficients were or=0.324 and or=-0.265,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Age,course of disease,family history(HP infection and halo disease)were not related to the degree of vertigo(P>0.05).The correlation analysis between the therapeutic effect of H.pylori and the improvement of grayfield vertigo disease:45 cases in HP group were treated with 97.8%of the total effective rate;That is,the rate of the recovery of vertigo in HP group was significantly higher than that of the non-Yin group.HP can improve the symptoms of dizziness,and there is a significant moderate correlation between them(P<0,rs=0.523).Conclusion:Xinpu decoction combined with proton pump inhibitor has the same effect as western medicine in eradicating Helicobacter pylori infection,and can improve clinical symptoms better than western medicine.After the eradication of HP,the symptoms of vertigo were improved significantly in patients with vertigo and HP infection;Xinpu decoction combined with proton pump inhibitor and Western medicine triple therapy have the same effect on improving the symptoms of dizziness. |
