| Objective: In this study,by observing the main syndrome score, secondary syndrome score,TCM syndrome total score, single syndrome score, clinical comprehensive effect, adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the treatment of chronic gastritis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency treated by the combination of Chaishao Liu Junzi Decoction and esomeprazole, the therapeutic effect of "treating gastric diseases according to qi" was discussed. Therefore,it can provide clinical reference for the treatment of this disease with modified Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with esomeprazole. Methods: Collect 60 patients with chronic gastritis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency that meet the diagnosis, and use random number table method to divide them into treatment group and control group. The treatment group is treated with Jiawei Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with esomeprazole. The group was treated with esomeprazole combined with mosapride for treatment. The treatment cycle was 4 weeks.During the treatment, the outpatient clinics were reviewed regularly;the scores of the main syndrome, the scores of the secondary symptoms, and the total syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after.Points, individual syndrome points, clinical comprehensive efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rates are used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatments.Use statistical software for data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this study. Results:There were a total of 60 patients in this study, and 3 patients met the termination criteria during the treatment. The number of cases finally included in the statistical analysis was 57,including 29 in the treatment group and 28 in the control group.(1)Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy:After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.001<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group is75.00%.There is a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.000<0.05),indicating that the treatment group has better efficacy Control group.(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment, the scores of the main syndromes, secondary syndromes and total syndromes of the treatment group and the control group were statistically different(P<0.05),and the TCM scores before and after treatment in the two groups The main syndrome, secondary syndrome and total syndrome scores were statistically different(P<0.05).It shows that both groups can improve the TCM syndrome score and relieve clinical symptoms, but the improvement degree of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(4)Comparison of individual syndrome scores: After treatment, the comparison of the syndromes of stomach pain or distension, loss of appetite, irritability, and loose stools in the treatment group and the control group were statistically different(P<0.05);and The syndrome scores of stomach pain or swelling, hypochondriac or pain, loss of appetite, belching, irritability, and loose stools in the group were statistically different before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The syndrome scores of bloating, loss of appetite, belching, irritability, and loose stools were statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve stomach pain or bloating, loss of appetite, irritability and irritability And the syndrome scores of loose stools can alleviate the clinical symptoms, but the treatment group is better than the control group in improving stomach pain or fullness, loss of appetite, irritability, and loose stools.(5)Comparison of recurrence rate: After treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.4%,and that of the control group was 47.6%.There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.001<0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.(6)Safety comparison: There were no obvious adverse events in the two groups of patients during the treatment. Conclusion(s): The comprehensive efficacy and safety of modified Chaishao Liu Junzi Decoction combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency are definite, and the recurrence rate is lower, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
