Purpose:In this study,Yusu Liujunzi Decoction was used for external treatment of CSG combined with insomnia,and the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine external application therapy in treating CSG with insomnia caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were evaluated in order to provide a new combination therapy for CSG with insomnia.The program and provide new evidence-based medical evidence for the program.Method:From October 20,2019 to February 2019,64 patients with CSG and insomnia in the spleen and stomach outpatient department and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment groups by SAS software(Chinese medicine+Acupoint application)and control group(Chinese medicine+fake acupoint application)each 32 cases,oral prescription for Yusu Liujunzi decoction,the same prescription for acupoints,acupoints of liver Yu,spleen,stomach Yu,period door,Zhang Men,Lieutenant,2 times a week,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Patients were asked to fill in the gastrointestinal symptom score GIS scale,the depression self-rating scale(SDS),the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)before and after treatment.Result:(1)General situation:The treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed before the treatment of the general condition of age,gender and course of disease.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Intra-group comparison:Intra-group comparisons were made between the two groups before and after treatment(gastrointestinal symptom score GIS scale,depression self-rating scale,anxiety self-rating scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale).The paired t-test showed that the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison between groups:After treatment,the scores of each scale were compared between the treatment group and the control group.After two independent samples of the sample,except for the SDS scale(p>0.05),the other scales were integrated.There were significant differences between the groups after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Comprehensive efficacy:The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 100%,and the control group was 96.77%,The difference was statistically significant(p>0.05).The total effective rate of the depression scale in the treatment group was 6.67%,and the control group was 16.13%.,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);the total effective rate of the anxiety scale of the treatment group was 13.33%,and that of the control group was 3.23%,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);the score of the PSQI scale of the treatment group was always The efficiency was 93.33%,and the control group was 51.61%,the difference was statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment with acupoint sticking,indicating that acupoint sticking therapy is safe.After oral Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application and oral Chinese medicine alone,the patients’ gastrointestinal symptoms and sleep were improved,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking was significantly better than that of oral Chinese medicine alone,but the treatment was not obvious for anxiety and depression.
