Effect Of Scalp Acupuncture Stimulation Combined With Zhuang Moxibustion Of Zhuang Medicated Thread On Clinical Efficacy And Serum Prostaglandin F_2α Of Meridian Headache

Objective:This project aims to explore the clinical effects of scalp acupuncture stimulation combined with Moxibustion of Zhuang medicated Thread on meridian headache,and the mechanism of changes in serum prostaglandin F2α content.Objective and scientifically explore the Clinical effectiveness of this this therapy,and provide a basis for choosing a more effective way to treat meridian headache in the future.Methods:Sixty patients with meridian headache were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,30 patients were treated by scalp acupuncture combined with Moxibustion of Zhuang medicated Thread in the treatment group.30 patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.The treatment group first gave scalp acupuncture stimulation with the affected side of Taiyang(EX-HN5),Hanyan(GB4),Xuanlu(GB5),Shuaigu(GB8),quickly pierce 30 mm along the skin at a 15° angle,and perform a rapid twirling method for 1 min,frequency 120 times/min;punctured 25 mm with Xingjian(LR2)and Yangfu(GB38)on exuberant liver-fire evidence,twist and remove 3 times;punctured 30 mm with bilateral Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)on liver-blood deficiency syndromes,line twisting compensation method 3 time;punctured 25 mm with Guanyuan(RN4)and bilateral Zigong(EX-CA1),Hegu(LI4),Taichong(LR3)on syndromes of qi stagnation and blood stasis,3 times of lifting and inserting.After operation,keep the needles according to light,medium and severe with30,40,and 50 minutes,needle every 10 minutes.Moxibustion of Zhuang medicated Thread was gave after acupuncture,and the acupuncture points were the same.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally,1 capsule/time,2 times/day in morning and evening.Both groups started treatment 7 days before menstruation,once a day,and 10 days were a course of treatment every month,3 courses in total.The visual analogue scale(VAS),Migraine-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire v2.1(MSQ V2.1),Headache syndrome score,serum prostaglandin F2α content were analyzed before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated after treatment.Results :(1)After treatment,the VAS score was(1.90±1.71)in the treatment group,(3.33±2.54)in the control group;the MSQ V2.1 score was(41.47±5.70)in the treatment group,(47.30±8.60)in the control group;the Serum prostaglandin F2α content was(26.20±5.83)in the treatment group,(32.60±8.15)in the control group;the Headache syndrome score was(6.01±4.32)in the treatment group,(9.40±5.26)in the control group;the score of the number of headache attacks per month was(1.63±1.16)in the treatment group,(2.60±1.57)in the control group,the headache duration score was(1.61±1.17)in the treatment group,(2.57±1.50)in the control group,the headache degree score was(1.87±1.48)in the treatment group,(2.73±1.70)in the control group,the headache accompanying symptom score was(0.87±0.57)in the treatment group,(1.20±0.61)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment,P < 0.05,proved the scalp acupuncture stimulation combined with Moxibustion of Zhuang medicated Thread could improve the VAS score,MSQ V2.1score,Headache syndrome score,serum prostaglandin F2α content,monthly headache attack score,headache duration score,headache severity score,headache accompanying symptoms score,and better than flunarizine hydrochloride capsules on meridian headache.(2)the total effective rate was statistically significant,with 93.34% in the treatment group,83.33%in the control group,P<0.05.Proved the clinical effect of the scalp acupuncture stimulation combined with Moxibustion of Zhuang medicated Thread was better than flunarizine hydrochloride capsules on meridian headache.(3)Adverse reactions: one patient with local skin swelling in the treatment group,one patient with fatigue and one patient with loss of appetite in the control group.Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture stimulation combined with Moxibustion of Zhuang medicated Thread could effectively improved the headache symptoms and restored body function of meridian headache patients,and had obvious effects with few adverse reactions.scalp acupuncture stimulation combined with Moxibustion of Zhuang medicated Thread could effectively reduced the serum prostaglandin F2α content,to regulate the vasomotor function,improved blood circulation and hypoxic ischemia in the head,and exerted an analgesic effect.
