| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of antihypertensive exercises on the treatment of grade 1 hypertension in college students,to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of grade 1 hypertension in college students, and to further explore the treatment of hypertension with characteristic Chinese medicine therapies. Methods: A total of 100 qualified cases were included in this study, all from the newly enrolled undergraduate students of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2019 and 2020.According to the principle of randomized control, they were divided into a control group(50 cases)and an intervention group(50 cases).example).The control group was given health education and lifestyle intervention. On this basis, the intervention group was given antihypertensive exercise therapy, and practiced once a day according to the standard and standardized procedures of antihypertensive exercises, with an intervention cycle of 6 weeks, focusing on observation of patients before and after treatment Changes in blood pressure, antihypertensive efficacy,TCM symptom scores and efficacy, and HPSMBRS scores in patients with hypertension.Use SPSS 22.0 statistical software to perform statistical analysis on the data of the test patients before and after treatment.Result:1.After the entire intervention period, the blood pressure of both groups dropped significantly.Among them, the blood pressure of the two groups did not change significantly after the intervention for 2 weeks;the systolic blood pressure of the intervention group was significantly lower than that before the intervention for 4 weeks;the diastolic blood pressure of the intervention group was significantly lower than that before the intervention for 6 weeks, and the control group contracted Blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly. In terms of blood pressure curative effect of the two groups, the total effective rate of the intervention group was 66.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 32.65%.The intervention group was better than the control group. In terms of the rate of reaching the standard of blood pressure during the 6-week intervention period, the antihypertensive exercise group was also higher than that of the control group, which were 50% and 22.45%,respectively.2.In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the intervention group was 79.17%,and that of the control group was 42.86%,and the symptom score intervention group was better than the control group.3.After the intervention, the total scores of self-management behavior and the scores of each dimension of the two groups of hypertensive patients were improved to different degrees compared with those before the intervention, and the antihypertensive exercise group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Antihypertensive exercises have a certain clinical effect in the treatment of grade 1 hypertension in college students, which is better than pure health education and lifestyle intervention. It also shows good results in improving the clinical symptoms of hypertension and changing the self-management behavior of hypertensive patients. It is a convenient and effective TCM non-drug therapy for treating hypertension, suitable for popularization among college students and other young people. |
