Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Ganlu Disinfectant Granule In Treating Pediatric Tonsillitis With Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Ganlu Disinfectant Granule in treating Pediatric Tonsillitis with Damp-heat Syndrome.Methods: 65 children with dampness heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(Ganlu Disinfectant Granule group)and control group(Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre oral liquid group).Both groups were treated for 7 days for one course.The clinical symptoms,signs,blood cell analysis results and CRP results of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the data of the two groups and draw conclusions,and the clinical efficacy of Ganlu Xiaodu granules was objectively evaluated.Results: after treatment,the total score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in improving sore throat,pharyngeal purulent point and secretion,less appetite,abdominal distension,loose stool and yellow urine(P<0.05);the two groups had the same effect in improving tonsillar enlargement,chest tightness and mental depression(P>0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%,which was better than87.50% of the control group(P<0.05);the two groups had the same effect in improving blood cell analysis and CRP(P>0.05).Conclusion: Ganlu Xiaodu granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of pediatric tonsillitis children with damp heat syndrome,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
