| Objective: To summarize the clinical characteristics of children with influenza B virus pneumonia in this region,and to provide reference for optimizing the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: The medical records of 293 cases of children with influenza B virus pneumonia were collected,and the general information,clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,disease outcome and other aspects were statistically analyzed to understand the diagnosis and treatment of children with influenza B virus pneumonia in our hospital.Results:1.The ratio of men and women was 1.09:1,and there was no significant difference in gender distribution(P>0.05);the age of onset was mainly children and preschool children;the onset season was mainly in winter and spring.2.Fever and cough were the most common symptoms,which were 88.7%and 99.7% respectively.Moderate and high fever was the main,the median of heat course was 5 days(interquartile range 4~7);mostly children were moderate cough;gastrointestinalsymptoms:nausea,vomiting>Abdominal pain,abdominal distension>diarrhea;pulmonary auscultation: 44.4% could be heard and fixed moist rales.There was no significant difference in the incidence of the above clinical symptoms and signs among different age groups(P>0.05).3.The distribution of syndrome types: dampness heat obstructing lung>wind heat obstructing lung>phlegm heat obstructing lung>wind cold obstructing lung>syndrome of yin deficiency and lung heat;the tongue is mainly red,and the tongue coating is mainly yellow,white,thick and greasy.4.Auxiliary examination: 11% of them were associated with neutropenia,29% were associated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.The imaging features were enhanced and blurred.5.The methods of combination of Chinese and Western medicine were used.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment included traditional Chinese medicine injection(95.2%),traditional Chinese medicine decoction(89.4%),Chinese traditional medicine and self-made medicine(63.1%),external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(63.8%);the use rate of antibiotics was declining compared with the previous years,and the varieties were macrolides.6.The overall effective rate was 94.8%,and the median hospitalization time was 6 days(interquartile range 5~9).Conclusion:(1)The main manifestations of children with influenza B virus pneumonia are fever,cough,obvious gastrointestinal symptoms,no fixed moist rales in early auscultation;29% of them are complicated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,11% with neutropenia,and their lung markings are enhanced and fuzzy in imaging;(2)All cases are treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,with high overall effective rate,and the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases is very important.It plays an important role in the treatment process. |
